*UPDATED*: Finally was able to get into the app after trying on 3 different phones. Support wasn't much help. All they said was "it works fine on my phone." Finally realized it doesnt like spaces in the password. Instead of giving an error, it does absolutely nothing. I had the advantage of being in IT and knowing how to troubleshoot. Ran into another issue when trying to calibrate my speedometer. It's probably something else that isn't documented well or at all.
