So here's my honest take on FlashGreekPRO. I've tested a bunch of language learning apps and this one's pretty solid. The multimedia content like audio and images is super helpful for memorizing vocab. And the ability to customize quizzes is great - you can really tailor it to your needs. But it's not without its flaws. The app can get a little repetitive after a while, and the upgrade to remove ads is kind of pricey. Overall though, it's one of the better Greek vocab apps I've used.

Pros

  • Tons of multimedia content to aid memorization
  • Flexible quiz modes let you study how you want
  • Covers a huge number of words from the New Testament
  • Free to download and use, don't have to pay to get the full experience

Cons

  • Starts to feel a bit repetitive after studying for a long time
  • The ads can get annoying if you don't pay for the premium version
  • Verb principal parts mode is helpful but not the most exciting

Description

Been using FlashGreekPRO Greek Flashcards for a couple months now. It’s basically a flashcard app to help you learn New Testament Greek vocab. Pretty solid if you’re into studying ancient languages.

Here’s what you do: you can study words by frequency, by root, or even in the context of top Greek grammar books. There’s also a ‘principal parts’ mode where you can drill yourself on verb conjugations. It’s got audio pronunciations, images, and example sentences to really help the words stick. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s super useful overall.

Look, if you’re trying to learn Greek, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get kind of annoying if you don’t pay – but it does the job. Worth checking out for sure.
