This app doesn't work for me. Tried different settings as well. Only helpful thing against payment and giving space into my mobile is that it will click final confirmation button automatically. Rest of all things you still need to do manually and keep tracking and refreshing flex application to find and select new blocks. Finally decided to delete and try something else really Disappointed.

This app is outclassed by other bots that can autoswipe; they are just too fast. If you are in a large markets like NYC you will have issues grabbing blocks. Also, it seems Android phones are slower at swiping than iOS phones. Still, the app is better than slowly scanning, selecting, then swipping offers as they pop. That's a guaranteed fail in busy markets.
From this week I had been having issues to catching blocks from my Samsung . Everything was normal until Sunday . It's really strange that when I log in through my iPhone they start spearing. And it's not something with the Amazon flex app or the account because I have various people around me and they are getting blocks normally. Also ,if you check your app comments there are so many people with the same issues and you say that issues are not because the app . You need to fix this
It just work for me only the first and second weeks, very slow to catch block now, never catch any block for me now, always missing block, I can't even see any block on my app now unlike before. It tap 25 to 30 minutes with no catching of any block and it will start showing you or and too much tap, and you have to wait for more than one hour before it reset back. I wish I didn't install this app at all
(Edit Review). After some time trying to figure out how to extract the most of it, finally did it. My bad, because I never wrote the developer asking for help. The app is a very powerful tool. Take some time to master it, but when you do, it's the best out there. Good for reserved blocks, also. A sugestion: can we have a filter of time until block starts? It would be better than start time!
Automatic AI mastery cannot be deleted or canceled.. my experience with this, made me cancel the subscription immediately.. if anyone can help me cancel the platinum user... please so that I can continue manually.
Its definitely a step up on the hunting for blocks. For sure it work for somebody who have the time to let the phone on the flex screen and be there, it just save you the tapping and give you faster acceptance. But if you market is busy and too many bots around, this is quite useless, not because the app, but because the bots are directly faster (and more expensive and riskier). I hope they add a timer in the future to stop, an auto stop and more. Its quite nice
It has been so long since this app stopped being useful, it has not catched a block in a long time, have been keeping the subscription in case it got better, but, it hardly ever gets updated, and when it does, something new comes up and other stuff breaks, it's like the developer is not really paying it much attention.
Worse experience Try to get blocks for higher price but it says someone took the blocks all the time. It only allows normal rate blocks. We don't need it any app for normal price. Rubbish app. Waste of time and money. I don't recommend at all. I don't want give any star but it didn't allow me to post without star that's why I am giving one star. I want my refund please.
I am Platinum user, Although initially it was not that bad, at least was grabbing block after few missings but now after updating the amazon app, AI function is not refreshing the app to see blocks. I have written to developer to ask if he can sort this out otherwise no choice but to cancel premium membership. Already paid him £19.99 for app and monthly £5.49 without any benefits. Wastage of money honestly.
using this app for more than 5 years and I have platinum and it's on grabbing what you want but this week the app isn't grabbing what I set it up for . grabbing other stuff that isn't what I have programmed . start looking for other app
I have no idea how it works for others but for me the concept is great but doesn't grab a single block. I subscribed platinum membership but no use. In front of my eyes several blocks appeared but it wasn't able to grab even a single one. While before downloading the app developer said they would refund if we send him a message but there is no contact email details. Updating to 3 stars for their concept and response.
it worked ok for some time. until it stopped accepting blocks at all. I tried to improve it but all in vain. so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. now it's accepting EVERY block it detects. even the blocks from unmarked stations, times and price range
If you accidentally touch a block it automatically swipes accept unwanted blocks. You may end up canceling or forfeiting which is not a good thing. I missed a block which I didn't know accepted. I figured the problem by purposely clicking a block. I don't want it at least for now. I want my refund Edit: updated my rating to 4 stars b/c how fast he responded to solve the issue by directly emailing me. I didn't know how it works.
First off until I installed this app the only blocks I could get were at night. Now by choice I'm only booking Whole Foods and Prime blocks. I took the time to ask the developer questions when I wasn't sure about something. One of my favorite things about this app is the support. The guy will actually get back to you and was super patient with me. At first I had it set up wrong. After a couple emails I'm bookn 3-4 blocks a day. A huge thanks from SoCal. Happy tappn!
I purchased the monthly premium and it stopped working for me. I reached out to developer but haven't heard back. When I first downloaded the app it worked great. Now the app doesn't open so I cannot change my filters or anything. It's not catching blocks like it did either. It completely stopped working after a week!! I plan to cancel if I don't hear back or get this fixed. Worth it when working, but it's not!! Can someone please fix my issue ASAP?
This app did NOTHING to get me blocks. I still had to refresh constantly and tap to accept the blocks myself. It claims credit for getting me blocks, but the blocks it did get were not only accepted by me directly swiping to accept them, but they were RESERVE offers sent to me and only me for a short period of time. The app claimed ZERO blocks on the public offers board. Update: This app may work for others but it didn't work for me. The developer's response and refund was quick.
Since returning from a foot injury in June, I've struggled for blocks. Some drivers in my area admit to using bots. They are super hard to beat. With this app, I've been getting blocks for good rates! I still have to click, but the app makes it much easier. I love the audio alert, so I can just listen for when the kind of blocks I want pop up. The app also helps me avoid accidentally clicking on blocks I do not want. Well done!
It's been a great experience using the app, but would be better if I can choose, every Sundays 9am to 2pm and Tuesdays 4am to 10pm, Fridays 4am to 4pm. Instead of having to choose 4am to 10pm and then having to go to Amazon's calendar to cancel the blocks I don't need & because there have been times I thought I canceled them just to find out I missed a block on Saturday morning. Also if it could set 2 alarms per block automatically when it gets those blocks. Not a reminder, but set alarms.
