So here's my take on Floating Apps (multitasking). I've tried a bunch of productivity and multitasking apps, and this one's actually pretty solid. The ability to open apps in floating windows is super handy, and I like that it covers a wide range of use cases - from watching videos to using the calculator. And it's not gonna replace your main apps, but it's a great companion tool. The only real downside is the ads can get old after a while, but the paid version fixes that. Overall, if you're looking to be more productive on your Android phone, Floating Apps is definitely worth checking out.

Pros

  • Tons of features for real multitasking
  • Floating windows work smoothly, don't lag
  • Wide range of apps you can use in popups
  • Handy for quickly checking stuff without switching apps
  • Free version has most of the key features

Cons

  • Ads can get annoying in the free version
  • Takes a bit of time to figure out all the features
  • Doesn't integrate perfectly with every app
  • Might be overkill if you don't need tons of multitasking

Description

Been using Floating Apps (multitasking) for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you open multiple apps in floating windows, so you can do stuff like watch YouTube while you’re texting or use the calculator without leaving the app you’re in. Pretty solid if you’re into productivity and multitasking on your Android phone.

Here’s what you can do – you can open a floating video player to watch videos, open a note-taking app or calculator in a popup, and even view PDF files or translate stuff without switching between apps. There’s also a built-in web browser that you can use to open links in a floating window. Took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s all pretty useful.

Look, if you’re always juggling a bunch of tasks on your phone, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this. It’s not perfect – the ads can get annoying if you don’t pay for the pro version – but overall it does a good job of adding real multitasking to Android.
