Been playing FloodAlert Waterlevel Alerts for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you real-time alerts and forecasts for water levels in your area. Pretty handy if you live somewhere that’s prone to flooding.
Here’s what you do: you can check current water levels at over 30,000 measurement points across Europe and the US. There’s also a rain alert feature that warns you when heavy rainfall is expected. And you can set custom thresholds for different water bodies – the app will let you know if levels are getting dangerously high. Took me a bit to figure all that out but it’s pretty useful once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re into weather and flood monitoring apps, you’ll probably like this one. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay. But overall it does a solid job of keeping you informed about potential flooding in your area. Worth checking out for sure.
