Works til it doesn't, no way to know how long that will be from user to user. No rhyme or reason I can see to it. Now its stuck on load, like ive seen others report, but eventually after 2 days of spinning its circles, it prompts to update to a version not actually available. Uninstall / fresh install produces same result. Are you kidding me? I've left this app for over a year now, and it STILL doesn't work. Absolute, unmitigated loss. Inexcusable garbage.

When it works, it's great. But this has been an extremely rare occasion recently. When open app, just stays on the main loading page. Have attempted to install and reinstall multiple times with no success. Have tried on both mobile internet and multiple different wifi locations. Please fix stability! Edit: November 22,2023. App still almost never loads much less works. Might as well name it McDonald's Ice cream machine app. Why is this this even in the store? Extremely disappointing

App is horrible. You enter all of your contact info. Set up a password. Think you're going to log in? Nope! Continuously crashes and you can't log in with the same credentials you literally just used to create your account. You can create an account as many times as you'd like with the same email and it won't even recognize that.... Only good for checking numbers if you trust it to be current. Shame because it could be good.

App was useful until this month. Now "IF" it gets past the home screen with the Flamingo on it, nothing works when clicked on. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still NOT WORKING! Getting ready to uninstall permanently. It's a useless app just taking up space on my phone. Very disappointed. If I could have left no stats, I would have. The app isn't worthy of a 1 star rating.

Good idea, but sometimes it doesn't work. Right now for me it's not opening. I've uninstalled and installed and still nothing. I wish they would fix it. With all the money they have this app should be flawless. Edit on 12/27/22 and having the same issue. I wish they would fix it for android phones It's June 20 2023. Is this app going to fixed or updated at any time. They just did an update and it still doesn't work. This is unreal

WTH is going on with the app. Constant freeze up and can't scan the barcode to enter tickets in promotion. This was my favorite app and now it's at the bottom of my list. PLEASE FIX ASAP. I have uninstalled and installed 5 times. I have lots of tickets to scan into promotion. I will never win, if I'm not in it to win it. Send help!!!$$$$

The app won't even open. It used to work just fine and then it started taking forever just to scan a ticket, it would lag very bad and now the app won't load anything or even open. Also I think it's dumb that you can't check a ticket past 12am. I know you can't purchase tickets past 12am, but you should still be able to scan your ticket at any time. Hopefully the bugs get worked out soon or else I'll have to delete the app. I put a 1 star for now, hopefully I can change it to 5 stars soon.

App hardly ever works for me. Barely loads. Freezes all the time. I've been like this for over a year. Tried uninstalling it numerous times and reinstalled the same problems. Same issue on 3 other phones. I had installed this because st first I told everyone how conveni5and awesome it is. Now all my friends say this app is garbage because it never works.

**Update. Per the developer's suggestion, I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app several times. Still wonky as ever; it freezes up, it takes forever to load, and run slow. It's just not a well-developed app. Mediocre at best. The option to scan your ticket is unreliable (had a winning $10 ticket that scanned as "$0"), and the latest update won't load.

Used to work very well, now constantly says tickets can't be validated and to take it to a store, or you scan the barcode and nothing at all happens, try to scan again and whole app freezes....its not even functional so stop updating garbage and actually fix it. Edit: your app is still garbage. How the hell are you still not addressing the issues?! You can't be oblivious to them, every person here is saying the same thing. Your app doesn't work and you are doing nothing to fix it. Good job!
