Description
Been using Florida Today: Local News for a couple months now. It’s basically a news app focused on stuff happening in your local area. Pretty solid if you wanna stay up to date on what’s going on around town.
Here’s what you can do – you can read all the latest news stories, from things like high school sports to what’s new at city hall. There’s also a section for upcoming events and things to do, which is handy. And you can get real-time alerts for breaking news or major stories. It’s got a clean, easy-to-use interface too.
Look, if you’re into local news and want to know what’s happening in your community, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a little annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you wanna stay in the loop.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on Florida Today: Local News. I've tested a bunch of local news apps and this one's pretty solid overall. The coverage is comprehensive, with a good mix of important stories and lighter community stuff. The app itself is well-designed and easy to navigate, which I appreciate. The only downside is the ads can get a little intrusive at times, but you can pay to remove them. Otherwise, it's a great way to stay connected to what's happening in your area.
