So here's my honest take on flowkey: Learn piano. I've tested a bunch of piano learning apps and this one's pretty solid. The lessons are high-quality and the song selection is awesome. And i like how they give you different difficulty levels - makes it feel achievable even if you're a total beginner like me. The feedback and practice tools are also really handy. On the downside, the free version has some limitations and the ads can get old. But if you're willing to pay, it's a great investment in learning an instrument.

Description

Been using flowkey: Learn piano for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that makes it easy to learn piano, whether you’re a complete beginner or already know a bit. There’s lessons, sheet music, and tools to help you play your favorite songs.

Here’s what you do: you can pick from thousands of songs across genres like pop, classical, and movie soundtracks. They’ve got different difficulty levels so you can start easy and work your way up. And there’s also cool features like feedback on your playing and the ability to slow down songs. Took me a while to figure some of that out but it’s super useful.

Look, if you’re trying to learn piano, you’ll probably get a lot out of this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get kinda annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does a great job of making piano lessons fun and accessible. Worth checking out for sure.

I'm taking up piano after not playing for 35 years. App does not allow for an easy way to repeat exercises. Repeating exercises is cumbersome. Repetition is key to perfection...

Downloaded. Wanted $120 for a year. Seven days free, of course, but, that's ridiculous. There is barely anything free to try to get a sense that you'd want to purchase....
