You can't see your own messages, and the messaging interface needs work; the "send" button is tiny and unlabeled, and the "Back" button, which erases the message you were writing, is big and easy to press. So I'm sure a lot of folks *don't* manage to send a message successfully to their provider. But even once you do, it never shows up on the app until your provider responds, so there's no paper trail (which leads to duplicates). Needs UX improvements on this key feature. Solid otherwise.

This app is a game changer! It saves so much time by allowing direct communication between our Doctors/ Nurses and much more. Previously, you had to call & leave messages, which usually meant multiple missed calls, etc. There are many other advantages as well, such as access to details from Dr. visits, test results, etc. I recommend that everyone should take advantage of this technology.

Pretty awesome way to keep up with your health records as well as a way to send messages to your doctor(s) without having to call the hospital and hope that they aren't too busy to talk at that time and then have to play phone tag. Also nice to see test results that you can read the actual report, potentially before you even go over it eith your doctor. Anyone who goes to a healthcare facility that provides something like this should be required to use it, it makes healthcare so much easier.

Easy access for requesting appointments, getting test results, and sending communication to and from my medical professionals without an appointment. I've been able to ask for refills without coming in, get access to my vitals and personal medical records, confirm a history and ongoing list of medications, and largely be in the know about my own medical care. Easily the best way to keep up on my care. The longer I use it, the more history the app provides, and the clearer picture I get.

Update! Still love this app a yr+ later! Simple and convenient! Email or text notifications let you know when anything new has been added to your records. This would be a great​ tool for parents to keep up with their children's med records too. Seems much faster then waiting for a nurse to call with any test results, etc and seems it would be a lot less hassle for them as well. So far it's an A+ app! I recommend it 100%! Also, being able to send messages directly to your provider is priceless!

I'll be honest here; I expected to download this app, and have it be just another app from a healthcare provider that has SOME useful information, but quite a few ads being pushed. I could not have been more wrong in my assumptions. This app is awesome! It contains helpful information such as doctors notes from previous visits and vitals broken down into each category (so you can compare). It also contains a section for your prescriptions, and can email your provider for a refill from the app!

I love this app.....so useful in so many ways. Update 2023 after several years use: Good app in a lot of ways, but could be more helpful. Some test results never were displayed or entered, bit sure which, but some results never showed. Also I wish doctors, nurses, technicians, therapists etc notes were more readily accessible. Also wish they stayed accessible on my record. At one point, PT and OT notes appeared, but weren't there when I went back to review later.

Update: I figured out finnaly why I could not log in after the most recent update. My original password had a special character at the end (As Requested ~) It was allowed for years. It was not allowed after the update. There is something wrong with the app now. I have used this for several years with no problems. Now everytime I try to log in it says my user/pass is incorrect. Its not incorrect because I can sign in on my computer with no problems. This started after the last update.

The app works well as long as your notifications are turned on. It gives me access to so much information from my Patient File that I would never be able to remember off the top of my head. It makes everything easily accessible, and has a good layout. My only suggestions would be to add the ability to print, email, and export the records/data either into a PDF/Word Doc. just to be able to have them easily on hand in case there is ever an issue with the database that stores my raw data.

I have had a lot of trouble with the app. It says Warning, unable to retrieve your information, when I try to login. Also when I finally do get to login, it doesn't load my messages, appointments, very slow, can't access my providers to send a new message, my providers are wiped out of each aspect of the app, etc. It was fine yesterday, now it is impossible to utilize. Please help. Thank you.
