Description
Been using Food Intolerances for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you track and manage food-related issues like allergies, sensitivities, and intolerances. Pretty solid if you’re struggling with this kind of thing.
Here’s what you can do – there’s an extensive food list with over 1,100 items, plus all the important data and info to help you figure out what you can and can’t eat. And it covers a bunch of common issues like lactose intolerance, histamine problems, IBS, and more. Pretty handy to have all that in one place.
Look, if you’re dealing with food restrictions, you’ll probably find this app really useful. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job and makes managing your diet a lot easier. Worth checking out for sure.
Editor Opinion
So here's my take on Food Intolerances. I've tried a bunch of these kinds of apps and this one is pretty solid overall. The food database is super comprehensive, which is the main reason I keep coming back to it. And the info they provide on different intolerances and how to manage them is really helpful too. On the downside, the UI can be a bit confusing to navigate at first, and the ads can get annoying if you don't pay for the premium version. But for a free app, it's definitely one of the better options out there for dealing with food sensitivities.
