Been playing Food Journal Daily for a couple months now. It’s basically a food diary app that makes it easy to track your meals and snacks. Pretty solid app if you’re trying to eat healthier or just want to see what you’ve been chowing down on.
Here’s what you do: you can log your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and any snacks throughout the day. And there’s also a calendar view where you can swipe between weeks and see your past entries. Took me a while to figure out how to add new meals but once I got the hang of it, it’s been pretty simple to use.
Look, if you’re trying to lose weight, manage a special diet, or just stay on top of your eating habits, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the monthly subscription to share with your partner is kinda annoying – but overall it does the job.
