This app is absolutely dispicable they do not allow you to cancel your order and there isn't any option to do as I there should be, from what I can think of there used to be an opt but when you place an order using online payment it can't be canceled or refunded. I placed an order online through online payment and it wasnt working so I ordered again, turns out the order was placed twice and then I tried to cancel it "within 5 mins" there was no option to be seen. And food is more expensive

I paid for a service I never received. Very disappointing customer service and a waste of time.
this app seems to be a clickbait. I was eager to order some foods as I am starved and glad to have vouchers as a the listed foods are quite expensive compared to buying it in the store--turns out I can't use any of the vouchers and keeps on getting error message, I think the vouchers are just clickbait or to lure people to order and force people to just order without the voucher. what a scam!
I placed a burger order from New Domino Pizza – Spinny Road Quetta at 11:25 PM. The estimated delivery time was 45–50 minutes, but now it’s 12:30 AM, and the app is showing a 70-minute delay. This is completely unacceptable. The restaurant is not preparing the order on time and is simply wasting the customer’s time. I didn’t even use any voucher for this order. It’s late at night, and now I have no other option to order from elsewhere. This is very poor service.
Just had the WORST customer service experience ever. The agent gave inconsistent answers. First saying I could get refunds for BOTH my orders within 30–45 business days, then suddenly changing it and saying one of them was non-refundable. I was about to ask for clarification when the chat was abruptly ended. Absolutely unacceptable. Shame on you, Foodpanda and Sam. Do better!
I ordered food, and it told me an estimated time (around an hour) for when the food would arrive. I waited, checked the app regularly, and it showed the estimated food arrival time going down normally. Right when the food was about to arrive, I got a refund with a canceled order notification. If you cannot deliver, say earlier. I was already hungry, now you make me wait an hour and say you cancelled delivery very last minute. Poor service.
Update 4. When click on Help, app says I can attach more than 1 image/photo BUT WE CAN'T !!! Fix it! - 1. I can't use restaurant's discount after I paid Pro Membership??? I should be able to (as it's offered by restaurant). Your Pro MEMBERS Pay MORE!?..2. Please take actions on all other reviews posted by everyone.. I'm sick & tired of Repeating everything wrong about Foodpanda.. gave feedback many times before, and App and Website STILL not changed.. 3. & after each "update", big glitches/bugs!
I don't know whats wrong with food panda now. This service is declining day by day and its no long that this business will fall. your delivery is so worst now. even if you pay extra for priority order they still deliver late, never on time. its been so many times that i have been served cold food or incomplete order. you are on the road to failure. also you customer support is just a gimmick nothing else.
Getting frustrated with this app. So many restaurants are either closed or not available, and it keeps telling me something is closed at the moment and to order for later even though I've already set my order time for way later. Something's wrong with the interface and maintenance and it's very clearly losing to GrabFood on a lot of aspects.
I would rate a 0 star if possible. the app just doesn't send me my 4 digit verification code, making me unable to order food. on top of that, the customer service just doesn't help at all, always saying that I need to send my issue to another department when I literally sent my issue to "im not receiving the verification code"
Literally had to wait more than 2 hrs for a very simple and short order only to find out that no delivery guys were available. Maybe make an option of canceling the order when this happens because it is very very inconvenient for the customer and the store to wait that long. Help center not very helpful either only a small voucher for a 2 hr wait.
Ive used this app multiple times. Developers need to create an option for people to cancel their orders ESPECIALLY when its been NEARLY 2 hours without any delivery attempts. Not only that, I've also encountered some of the worst drivers—those without manners and asking for extra charge. This app went down the drainhole. It may be easy to use but there's hardly any improvements to this app.
I am extremely disappointed with Foodpanda. As a partner, I face constant problems. Even finding their helpline number is very hard, which makes things worse when issues happen. Just last night, I had an order waiting for more than two hours, but after 1 a.m. there was no rider available to pick it up. The food was ready, but still no rider came, and now the order is going to be cancelled. This keeps happening again and again. It’s very frustrating, I hate this kind of service.

I wouldn't recommend Pandamart they send wrong items and there chat option with the support team is absolute menace. They're literally stealing, I ordered some items from a shop and some of the items weren't available, So I got a message from foodpanda that they'll refund me the remaining amount on my panda account which I never received.
The deal-breaking issue is the consistently delayed delivery service. Almost every time I've ordered, the estimated delivery window has been blown past, sometimes by 1 hour or more. It seems like the estimates the app provides are wildly optimistic, leading to a lot of waiting and a few lukewarm meals. If you value punctuality and accuracy in your estimated delivery time, you might want to look elsewhere until they fix their logistics.
used to be great. but lately the order delay is HORRIBLE. We try to order early at 530pm to avoid peak time. But as of now 1 and a half hour later at 7pm, we are still waiting for our order !!! and the app does not even allow you to chat with support! Only until we figure out that we have to click "Cancel the order" then it can activate the chat function (that's like after 1 hour delay) If such delay keep recurring, think we might just give up entirely on Foodpanda...

Had the worst experience ever. I ordered Popeyes through the app and had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes without any delivery attempt. There was NO WAY to contact support from the app, and the restaurant is not picking up their phone, so I had to go to the restaurant. Restaurant could not give my food because of foodpanda rules, and they had to contact support. The support said for them not to give my food. In the end, they canceled my order and I had left inconvenienced and disappointed.
disappointment at its peak. payment processing takes so long and pays the money itself without even placing the order, and yeah, you guessed right, no refunds. it's not about money. It's about trust and humanity. i am uninstallling it, but I have the worst experience.
