Been using Foreclosure Home Search for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you find discounted foreclosure and HUD homes in your area. Pretty solid if you’re into real estate and saving money on a new house.
Here’s what you do: you can browse through tons of listings for foreclosed properties, government-owned homes, and other deals. There’s also a map view which is pretty cool. And you can filter by price, location, number of beds/baths – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re in the market for an affordable home, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the listings can be a bit outdated at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to get a good deal on your next house.
