Search option is by county only. It'd be nice to search a radius in which I could just consider the commute time. I can't always see the images or it takes a very long time for them to appear.

Worst app ever. Every time I try to hit details on a listing nothing shows up. It just says "An error occurred or this property may no longer be hosted on our site" every single one. Dont recommend it. Would give it a 0 star but can't.

Seems pretty decent. I would add a way to save "favorites" as well as make the map feature work. Adding a keywords (i.e. lakefront, garage, etc.) in the filter/search would be useful.

So far, so good. At least this App provides a general set of indicators as to prices and potential leads. The photos aren't the clearest in some cases, but at least give some kind of idea of the property appearance.

I liked it than about 2wks in it wouldn't work and kept saying Something is wrong and try later ok??? Wow seriously? I didn't fill out the app they wanted for verification.edit/this app responded to my complaint and I now gave them a higher rating and I'm happy with it now. Awesome!!! For free it's a good one I must say!!!

Check out this app, it's very straight forward,it shows you all the listing in Greenville or anywhere else in the country. You can even use filter to narrow down your search. For example cheapest to most expensive. No glitches or any other problems with this app. You should try it out, it's definitely worth your time!👍🙋

I Wanted to find foreclosed homes in my county. This app isn't free!!! You get a short free period but you have to give credit card info. Then it renews at an absorbitant price! Foreclosure information is public record but i can't find legitimate site due to all the deceptive Google listings.

This app is a scammer/virus app!!! It will cause your device to act up, over heat, and it has remote access over your device... it will change/ turn on and off settings on your device. The only way it will allow the app to be deleted is through the play store, DO NOT INSTALL THIS PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible app, extremely slow and poor user interface, but most importantly does not provide the advertised information. It's mostly just pushing new homes by sponsored realtors, almost no foreclosures (I found exactly one). Takes an excessive amount of time to load anything and then the data it gives is largely inaccurate.

I am pretty sure many of the houses on this app are not foreclosures. I made offers on at least two of these within the last 40 days! One of the homes was still is still in the closing process at the time that I am writing this review. Maybe this app can see the future but there is now way that a person can buy a home and be in actual foreclosures within 40 days.

The "Real" in Realty. First as homebuyers, you must do the research to find the actual price of what you really be paying. Yhis gives a more accurate look beyond the advertising of home buying ( compare to other sites ). It could be better with the "Users" navigation through the app

It is so hard to find free foreclosure listings online, and this app fell into my lap. While I wish there were more filters (lot size, house sqft, etc) its definitely a helpful app and already I found a house I like that didn't come up in my searches on other apps, even though it fit my criteria.

It would be better if I could do a general search. I hate how you locked to a state and county, only then can you see properties. And only ones in that tiny area, nothing surrounding it. You don't even get a map, If you don't know the surrounding area good luck try guessing and hope it's near where you are looking.

I like this app. I usually have to look up a state map that outline the state's map by counties. That is easy and once you have an idea which county in the state your looking for it is easy to find nice, reasonably priced homes. The homes that I find are rarely torn up and at good prices. It definitely makes a home search so easy!

It would've been wonderful if any of the pictures would load/stay loaded. I'd flip from one picture to the next and find that after 2-3 photos, they'd stop loading, then I'd flip back and those photos would disappear. I feel like this WOULD be a great app if that one feature was consistent.

Usable, but no matter how many times I click to save a search, all I see is an eternal wait wheel. I've saved several locations for search but nothing happens except wait wheels, and none of those locations show up in my settings, so I can't get it to notify me about anything. I can only do searches myself.

Every time I open app, it reminds to get the update. I get the update, and it still reminds me. Every time I search a state or a county, it asks me to get pre-qualified. I say "skip". When I search a neighboring state or county, it asks again OK, ads are one thing, but why do you have to keep NAGGING ME? UPDATE: they fixed the first problem. I suppose we have to put up with the 2nd to have free apps. So I'm increasing my stars.

Poor info, this is nothing different than any of the other real estate lookup apps, the difference is this app is littered with ad after ad, no filters, county search is to broad. In order to compete it needs a ton of real world adjustments. I personally would rather pay a few $$ for an app that does what it advertises vs one that is a POS that's overloaded with ads.

there is no price range for me at high of 50,000. I thot this may be a good app and to know I pay to get here makes me infuriated. I am VERY disappointed. Lynn Hill

I would rate it higher if the pictures actually loaded. I've only had it downloaded 5 minutes and I'm annoyed with the fact that many of the pictures are not loading. That's definitely an important feature to have working when it comes to people house hunting. I notice I'm not the only one that's mentioned the issue, as well. But, it seems it is impossible to find a list of local foreclosures online (for free), so this is the only option I have found thus far. PLEASE fix this issue.
