In the beginning was perfect, now doesn't work at all, and my Luna fofo seems to work only with the app, I'm trying other ways, but I need the app to connect properly. The Luna is not vibrating anymore. And I don't know how to start this in this new update. It was so much easier the first version of it. Really disappointing, because I know this is a good product and I can't even use it anymore.

**Make sure sound is on. My phone is usually set to silent so it didn't seem like it was doing anything. There's no instructions on the screen which is so not user friendly! After I turned the sound on, then I could hear the instructions. Great product but they need to put instructions in writing in the app! After the update, I can't even use this anymore! I can get it to turn on, but cannot figure out how to do a cleansing. There's no instructions and nothing useful in the menu. Most useless device/app I've come across.

The app worked awesomely when I got my Foreo Luna Fofo in my FFF box in June but now it just keeps telling me to connect. I connect itor at least thought it did because it goes through the skin analysos and when I click done, it just loops back to the screen telling me to connect. Plus the analysis now seems to be very general and undetailed and before it was very detailed. Seriously annoyed because I cannot use this with the app to get my skin info. That was a big thing for me about this over my Clarisonic.

Foreo offers a product marketed toward men in black. Obviously that's because it appeals more to men than the pastels or vivid pink. So why don't you give us the option in the app settings to change the color of the app icon to match in black or something. It stands out on my home screen and I use the Foreo device often enough that I want the convenience to have it there. Otherwise 5 stars so far.

pretty cool product. i wish the app was a little more informative as to what the little indicators mean at the bottom of the example when showing your routine, what your skin score means, etc when you press on it or something. even something seperate thats more general would do. more information would be appreciated! love the product though! the cleansings dont go up past 1.0 and ive used it 2 times a day for at least a month ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I give it 4 stars but only because I've learned how to use all the settings and functions. I bought a Luna 3 about eight months ago but figuring out how to "activate" it and save the settings was confusing. I consider myself to be decently tech-savvy, yet it took me over 30 minutes to figure it out. (I can understand why so many people think you need the have the Luna connected to the app to cleanse.) There just needs to be an actual walk-through for device set-up!

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. They will lock you out of your account. If I knew the only way to use my device was through this app, then I would've NEVER purchased it. It will not allow me to use the device or connect with customer service to help me. I hate this app and company so much. It is a scam to get people to buy more unnecessary products. The app bombards you with advertising and unnecessary questions, it doesn't even allow you to skip.

It is really anoying to download app and everything. Too much error, it took me almost one day to register and it still do not nothing. I have to contact costomer service again. And I found out after I got this one, I have to choose color depends on skin condition. I am combination skin, so I have to choose green but I did not know so I got purple. I bought it online, I hope every information on site including I have to download app. If I know it, I would not got it.

Frequent crashes and problems while using with UFO 3 led. Also, why should I have to state at an ad for 5 seconds before getting into the app?Spend less time on developing annoying adware and more time on app stability! update: I am running the latest version and if anything it's worse than before. Connects to device but usually doesn't turn on the right LED or pulse, or completely crashes. For the price I paid for the device and products, this should work flawlessly!

App is very user UNfriendly. After synching my Foreo to the app, it said I was ready to register, but all it did was spin and spin and spin. Tried to redo it, but said now my Foreo was already recognized in the system, yet still won't let me register it. "Seems like you haven't linked any products yet." Uh, yeah, I did. And, yes, my Bluetooth and Location were on at the time.

They can't even put the stupid instructions inside the box and have to make us register and download the stupid app for instructions on how to use this little device. Tried to just press the button to use it, but nothing happens after charging it for a few hours. Edit- I still can't get it to work because you need to upload proof of purchase and I did, but the system did not accept it. Returning this complicated to set up dumb device.

It was working fine right after I got my UFO2 and set it up in the app. Today, go to use it and my device is no longer linked. Try to re-add it and get an error because it's already registered... To me. It's telling me I can't add the device to my account that it's registered too 🙄. So I can't use any of the actual functions of this very expensive device. **Update** customer service was able to fix the link issue. But now it constantly disconnects mid-treatment, so still not very functional.

This app was working well at first, but now it really is garbage. The skin analysis isn't even accurate (my mom and I got the same exact score -_-) and it also took forever to work. It was much better when it broke everything down by section and gave you different speeds for each area based on what skin issues you had. Now it's basically not better than a basic face cleanser :/.

Update: the app continues to be useless. The "program" never changes even if it detects different skin results. There are symbols and scores that mean nothing & have no explanation. You also still can't review your results in the app unless you manually connect the fofo device first. I don't think Foreo product managers understand how consumers want to use this as it continues to lack basic features. Previous: This app has gotten worse with every update. There's also no way to go back and look at your results unless the fofo is connected. Now with the most recent update the app crashes almost immediately after opening it.

I really loved the beta version of the app when I first got Luna fofo in my fff box. It analyzed my skin and was constantly changing my skin age and score. I was seeing improvements and I really liked that. But then the new update happened and it's just a struggle to get any more information other than how to use the device on my face (I've done it enough...I don't need to be reminded everytime). I really would like to see more insights into my skin again. Hopefully the app will improve with time.

I spent hundreds on a Foreo bear and minibear. First night I registered the devices and followed the treatment. Second night, API error, devices unregistered and won't reconnect. When I tried to contact via the app, I got an error message and nothing went through. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, now I can't even login. Completely useless. Very frustrated. Looking into getting a refund.

I used the app to register my bear device (which was a confusing experience), and have used it several times to follow treatment routines, but I've found the 2 second ad that shows every time I open the app to be enraging. Not only does it waste time during my morning routine, it feels supremely greedy of the company to charge hundreds of dollars for a device and then continue to beg for more. Every. Single. Day. I will probably be sticking to manual mode from now on and removing the app.

Horrible app experience since they added the premium FAQ add-ons. Coincidence? I doubt it. I have tried 3 different bear mini devices and it won't stay connected to the app. I get the new device and register it, it only connects that one time. I've done all of the things they say to do with no luck. I can't change the settings or use any of the treatments. Unreal. I'm on an android pixel 8, but that shouldn't matter. Frustrated. Will be switching to another company for these devices.

The app has an ad to watch B4 you can use it for my $300 device. The device doesn't need an app to work, but they force you to use it. The app just tries to upsell you left and right, with subscriptions and skincare. idk if it's good skincare, because I think that's a crappie marketing tactic, especially for a $300 device. I like the device, so far, but don't know if I'll recommend to my clients because of the shady app. Every time you open it, it goes to the ads and shopping. Not cool

I almost never leave reviews, but I am extremely disappointed. Like most others, I was dismayed at the "update" that seemed to kill functionality. I recently got a new phone, but cannot log in under my original profile. The device refuses to pair, and now requests access to my device's location? Why would a skincare product need that? I cannot get the device to pair AT ALL now. This is extremely frustrating for what was originally a very simple & useful device.
