An amazing app to watch Catholic/Christian content ranging from TV shows, movies, and even religious studies and biblical reflections. They are grouped pretty well by category, although I wish the For You and the search bar was better designed. What makes me give this app a 4 star instead of a 5 star are the closed captions, which are pretty horrendous. They're like the automated ones on Youtube, but slower and pretty off. I think FORMED should make official captions instead of auto-generated.

I love the option to make videos available offline. I don't have unlimited data, but love to listen whenever I am driving so this feature is truly a blessing! I am also amazed by the amount, variety, and quality of content. I enjoy browsing and adding everything that catches my eye to my library to watch later (which is just about everything). Great app! I wanted to pray the Rosary daily, and chose to do it with Vin Scully. The first 2 times, it worked fine, but on the third, the playback automatically went to the end of the podcast. I couldn't rewind or restart it. It happened on all 4 Mystery podcasts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I restarted and made sure my android phone was updated. Then reinstalled the FORMED app, but it still won't work. HELP!!

I am watching two series on this app. The filming is so professional and at times breathtaking and shows the practicality of Christianity so clearly and how to apply it daily. There are other series I am anticipating watching as well on many topics. There's also a number of movies and even ebooks available to download as well. Highly recommend if you are a long time Catholic or simply interested in the faith.

Love the content on here!! Too notch material! The app is much better then what it used to be. It can be a little cumbersome sometime. The search feature is a little buggy, meaning unless you put in the exact title, word for word it usually won't show up. It would be nice that when you click on a video in the recently played section, if the video is part of a series then it would show you the remaining videos in the series and let you watch them after you finish your current video.

Formed has become my "go to" place for learning more about my faith. The first thing in the morning it has become my habit to listen to the mass readings in the Amen app, then go to the Formed app for Dr. Tim Gray's follow up on the readings. Many times I will just allow the app to play whatever program comes next and before I know it, hours have gone by! In fact, for Lent I decided to only use these two apps instead of radio or TV as my social outlet. I found I didn't miss them much at all!

App was just updateded and is now working perfectly. Last week I contacted the vendor and they were quick to respond that the previous version was released by mistake and that the correct version would be released this week. Glad to give 5 stars again. Since receiving the update it can't login with my account. Will not go past my email address so i cant put in my password. Please correct and i will update my review. Edit: Just tried to login from my desktop; appears that the website is down.

As long as I only use it on my phone, it is good but when I try to watch it on the Formed channel on my TV, I often get the message, "Sorry we cannot play the video. Try again or contact our support team if this persists." OK is only option. No place to contact support team!! I get frustrated and go back to my phone. Wish that would get fixed.

Great app with great content! It really helped me during my return to practicing the faith and continues to help me now. I do wish there were a way to search or scroll through all the content of specific categories (watch, listen, read) like there was on the app a few years ago. I've found it's a lot harder to find something to watch now, even with there being a lot more content.

So frustrating! I think the most recent update broke the app. It takes forever to load, and once it loads, if I click on a category or try to search, the whole app crashes. I've tried for 2 days to finish the Ode to St. Cecelia, and 8 can't get to it. Tried to listen on my laptop, but it doesn't remember where I left off, and I don't want to start over. Sadly, his app and service does not live up to it's potential. Not worth the high price the service charges. 😔
