I did a load when I did look it was showing tht i t did track me. Now 1 month later i was hit with a fine from the broker that it didn't track me. Attempting to get a past loads is a nightmare. No information at all ,because it was draining my phone battery I deleted the app after the completion of the load. If it was possible zero stars...

We are all experiencing the same issues. Wow. I thought I was the only one. 3PL should find another app for tracking. This app has a lot of issues going on. You set up the app name, phone number etc receive link log in and everytime you go to use the app same process throughout the duration of the load. Terrible 😡

By far the worst tracking app, always running in background draining battery even after delivery is complete, probably mining data. And now doesn't receive the verification code to my note 20, after two hours of waiting to talk to a real life person and addition 39 min on phone with techs they determine that they blocked contact with me. Since I have to delete app after every use that means I won't receive the link code to log in. They claim they removed it but won't work.

Wouldn't use it if I wasn't forced to. It's a terrible battery drain. I don't like the constantly uses the GPS to track even when you're not using the app. Tryed to use the navigation once and had to completely uninstall the app to get it to quit telling me where to go long after I made the destination.

This app is totally BS. I was told I had to download the app in order 2 have the load, I was also told just to delete the app after I was done with the load. I deleted the app now I'm getting text messages asking me to log back in to save on fuel mileage do not download this app what you want to bothered constantly!!! And oh yeah, someone from fourkites responds to this tell me to call that number first support, even more BS can't get ahold of anybody just get a voicemail.

Works like it should, when it wants to. When you think it will track in and out times, it won't. When you think it won't track times, it will. Click on arrival, because it did not pick up you have arrived. A soon as you walk with your phone it tracks departched. Try and log in, it just spins. Sometime later it will start without you knowing. Of all the different tracking apps i have. This is the worst. And the one i use most often.

Annoying. Any phone restart wants this app to run in the background. Active load and you only set it to "use gps only when app is active" it sends up continuous prompts. If im not using your app, and especially if im not on your load, you do not need to track me. 20 years ago it was all by pay phone. You dont need constant communication and tracking to get things done.

Sloooooow (July 6, 2020). Update: Don't have to apologize, just make the application run efficiently without all the other uneccessary options, the repeated sign-in screens and non-assistive details. Copy and paste examples from other tracking apps to make this one work better. We have no choice but to accept this app because it becomes a requirement and not an option in some cases. My rating still stands. (July 24, 2020)

I have found that it helps me do what is expected of me in my travels with hotels restaurants and fuel stops along the places of interest all across the US with our it what I do would sure be more difficult plus in the ways in sending receiving information makes it vital for everyone involved in my experience with having the support helps me make better decisions on where the best options to save time because when we have several appointments is important to keep being on time is a big part

I cannot get the app to track! I "tried" everything!

Won't shut off / stop tracking, at the end of a load still tracking weeks later . I have to uninstall it to get it off my screen every time I use it. It used to be one of the better tracking apps, But not anymore , it sends all kinds of aronious (false) information which causes more phone calls rather than less

The concept is there. I'd say after a couple days of use, theres bugs that could be worked out. We prefer not to be tracked by people we don't know for safety concerns obviously. We all fully understand why everyone wants to track their shipment. Therefore I keep my location turned off. I'm fine with the whole arrival and departure thing. It eliminates the phone call. Only problem, it doesn't always go through! Then my customer thinks I'm lying about my arrival or departure times.

After your latest update my One plus no longer supports your app. Rather unfortunate for brokers who need to track their load in my trailer. RESPONSE TO DEVS: There's really nothing to elaborate on. The app used to work on my One+. Then you updated it. Now it no longer does. Like I said above, it says "device does not support this app".... But it works with every other tracking app. 🤷

This app belongs in the trash. I've used it several times for various brokers and have had issues every time, from wrong location to wrong time; it won't let you update what you are doing. I have to delete it whenever I'm done with the load I'm on or it keeps tracking and drains the battery. Just talked to support. absolute no help. I still stand by what I said junk app.

I had to install this app for a load. The "verification code" never came through. Couldn't use app. I hardly ever receive spam calls, but the next day I received 23 spam/phishing/scammer calls. If they want to track you, your company can deal with that. I don't know for sure if this was the cause, but I haven't downloaded any apps in months and just as soon as I download this it has been NON STOP with spam calls.

To date... This has to be the most disappointing tracking app that i have used. It does not discontinue tracking once the load is complete. I keep getting "CarrierLink is draining your battery at a high rate" and have to force-close it. The multi-stop loads are always in the wrong order. I arrived at the first stop today, the load automatically showed i had already departed my 4th stop. I gave the rating 1 start only because there wasn't a no stars option. ... Thank You for the quick response. I am looking forward to working with you to resolve the issue.

Both myself and the customer can't say anything good about this app, so many issues. Problem 1- will use my arrival and departure for another load that isn't even pick up. App went so far as completing a load 2 days before it was even scheduled for pickup. And before you even say email or call, check your emails, I've already sent one.

Stupid Design. I set it up, number and name. It sends a link. I go to retrieve the link, I have to start again, number and name, they send another link, invalidating the link I just recieved. Enough already. I am working. Not playing cat and mouse with a computer. Plus. Even after I finish a load. I have had this app before, it continues to run in the background tracking me. I do not like anything tracking me when our business is through. Even in the shadows.
