Been using the FOX 4 Dallas-Fort Worth: Weath app for a couple months now. It’s basically a weather app that gives you super detailed, up-to-the-minute info on the forecast in North Texas. The video forecasts from the FOX 4 meteorologists are really cool – they break down the weather in a way that’s easy to understand.

There’s a bunch of features packed in – you can track your exact location, see school/business closings, and even check out the radar. And the map is responsive and works great on both WiFi and 3G. It’s got all the weather data you need, plus some extra bells and whistles.

Look, if you’re into staying on top of the weather, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a bit annoying at times – but overall it does the job really well. Worth checking out if you want a comprehensive weather app with a personal touch.

So here's my take on the FOX 4 Dallas-Fort Worth: Weath app. I've tested a bunch of weather apps and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The video forecasts from the meteorologists are a nice touch that you don't really see in other apps. And the location tracking, radar, and other features work really well. The only downside is the ads can get a little intrusive, but it is a free app so I get it. Overall though, it's a pretty solid weather app that I'd recommend, especially if you live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
