The app is so loaded up with garbage that it takes forever to load. When it does load, they have configured in such a way that you can't scroll up without touching on an ad. even when you manage to open an article to read, you get inundated with ads. I've pretty much stopped using it. I like Fox News, but it's just major overkill with the ads.

Fox News program on Android is absolutely terrible! The changes they've made in the last few months requiring logging in when it says my name in the account, Posts fail to load, now coming up slow and line spacing is off when selecting to post. I've deleted and reinstalled, cleared cache, you name it, I've done it. And its not my connection! STILL NOT FIXED

Generally good. but it isn't perfect. For instance, I don't care for the" stories" that are posted as "news", just to get you to click on their adds. I don't like the little tricks they use to make you look at their ads, the hidden or purposely disguised "next" buttons etc. I also don't care for the intentional "sexualalized" content to try to get the clicks...

All of a sudden, way way too many ads popping up. also they are hard to close the ad as they hide the "X" or make you figure out how to get back to the news. also every story seems to have an ad after it and often it's the same 1 or 2 over and over. I like Fox. I don't like the constant barrage of ads. probably have to look for other options like Newsmax.

Used to be good. Now it gives me an " An error occurred. Refresh page and try again" pop up when I click a like or dislike button. Also, why do I have to keep signing up to post? I'm already signed in! Get better IT people to fix it. Update 7/10/25 Still no improvement. Still have to incessantly sign in to post comments. I've Uninstaller and going with the OAN app. See ya, Fox. I'm done

Why so many adds all of a sudden? they make the screen jump around the article as they load. Plus, who wants to deal with the same amount of adds to close so they can read a article in the news as playing a game!? really like the app.....really hate the new pop ups. Won't take long for me to start hunting a better experience.

I can't post in the comments section after I write a comment. the (post prompt) is hidden at the bottom of my screen below the keyboard. it appears as a ghost prompt for lack of better words. I've tried everything. At first I thought the app was not recognizing that I'm using a phone and not a pc. or it wasn't recognizing I have an android and not an iPhone. maybe fox has blocked me from sending comments, but why? one star until the problem is resolved. I'm ready to delete the app. so frustratin

I agree with all the 1 rating reviews. I can't even read the articles because of all the ads and pop-ups. Very frustrating! So I went to using the browser to get Fox News, and it's even worse. Videos start on their own, and all the pop-ups move the screen to an add and I can't even read the article. I'm done with them. They are not in the news business anymore. It's all about advertising and making money. Time to move on.

2 stars for notifications and content. Unfortunately, there's nothing else good to say. Been using the app for many years and it was amazing at first. Now the ads are so big they leave 5 lines of text visible at most. This is such a basic and easy issue to fix.... I refuse to create an account for them to SELL my info so I cannot read all the articles or make comments. Quality and bias of content is also getting just as bad as the competing nutjobs, just in the opposite direction.

Problems with "Failure to load" notice that reboots the app and starts back at the 1st article, was report in February and March, 6 months later and still no improvement. This seems to have gotten worse on some days making it difficult to read other articles and it doesn't matter if I'm at home with a weak 4g signal or at locations where I have a strong 5g signal. I will begin reviewing other news apps to avoid the aggravation.

If the videos you're watching gets minimized and you bring it back to normal it will kick you out of the video. If you're lucky it will start over. Also it buffers too long to start. Only video app that seems to do it. This is the worst streaming app I've seen. 8/5/25 I see after update I still cannot bring up videos. The only positive thing I can say is that I'm not paying for it.

This stupid app now won't even let me sign in to post. Shows I'm signed in under profile. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Restarted phone to no avail. Every article says sign in to post. I click the email link and get constant something went wrong. As of a few days ago it would show sign in to post and I would do it and it would work. It was annoying to keep doing that, but now it doesn't work at all. App has sucked for almost a year now.

App automatically closes itself in the middle of reading an article.³³ Keeps saying "unable to connect". Each article has a commercial that's longer than the article. It forces you to have to sit through a 30-second advertising clip just to watch a 10-second video. Too many commercials. What makes bad is you have to watch the same commercial over and over and over again. Fox dont care anyway. We told fox news about this, but they dont care..

One of the worst apps I've seen. frequently when opening the app, it just sits there with a blank screen. I can select videos, then go back to home and it works. Also, frequently, wh en I zoom in on an image, it will not go back to normal size. I then have to totally close the app and re-open to get it to work. Thirdly, when I click on some links within an article, then go back, the text size goes to smallest and I have to re-set the size to large. All-in-all, it's a very poorly designed app.

I received so many Breaking News notifications, I had to turn them off completely. Too many ads throughout the app; they make it so hard to read the articles. The App frequently crashes, and closes. Everytime I click on the link to view Instagram content, I get an error for an unknown URL scheme. these issues continue to happen whether I am signed in or not.

Horrible app. I have to log in (even though I don't log out) every day in order to comment. It's very jumpy as you're scrolling. The full-page ads don't always have an X to cancel the ad, and I have to completely exit the app and go back in to read an article. Seriously, Fox, this app has been horrible for years. I'm about done with it, and I'm a huge Fox news fan! I expect better from Fox. update..9/26/25 I didn't think it was possible but it just keeps getting worse. Does Fox even care?

You may have to sign in again and again. Even then, you will likely get taken around in circles having to go back to your email to get it done. I have never seen or heard of another app that is so frustrating. I am dumping the app, it's not worth playing with, but I still have to keep signing in to read certain articles. I get most of what I need from the NYPost app, so it's no big deal. Google News and AP work good.

Won't allow me to see news stories from notifications. It keeps giving this error every time: unable to connect, check your connection, Refresh! My connection is FINE! And when I tap refresh, it always goes to the previous story that I've already read, never to the one I was trying to see! I see from their responses to similar reviews that they are aware of the issue and they keep saying that they are working to resolve it, but OBVIOUSLY they are not because this has been going on for months!

This used to be a great app, but sometimes the entire story doesn't come through and you have to go to the website to read the missing paragraphs. Also, every third or fourth time I open it up, even though I'm signed in, it says I need to sign up to post. It also switches headlines when I finish reading one article and back to read the other on I was interested in, it disappears to be replaced by something else. I've uninstalled the app and pinned the website to my phone. It's easier that way.

I responded to FOX by sending screenshot of all my problems. The login issues were partially resolved until today new update, more issues again. Doesn't keep me logged in, way too many ads that don't load fast so screen jumps. Once I get logged in to make a comment, there is no way to access comments other people make on mine. None of the icons on the comment screen work. Font size keeps changing, no option to make large for me. The list of things that don't work keeps growing.
