Constantly telling me I don't have access to things. Have to sign out and back in to watch anything on my phone or the Chromecast app. Please fix this. It's too expensive of a service to be this terrible.
Price is twice as much as any other streaming app for minimal viewing options. Why is this app so expensive? Paramount+ with Showtime, Peacock and Apple+ are all less than half the price of Fox One. ???????
This app is absolutely trash. Had to have it to watch what was supposed to be a nationally broadcast Texas Rangers game. Instead, they broadcast a Royals game, put the Rangers game on Deportes, so I had to sign up for a free trial to watch one game in Spanish that, due to streaming hiccups, is now near 20 minutes delayed. Canceling as soon as the game is finished. Which at this rate, could be tomorrow. But, I 100% would not recommend and 100% will be canceling the subscription. 0 stars.
Fox what the hell is up with your apps! why is the screen dark when trying to watch videos? the only reason why I downloaded this app is because I figured maybe you fixed it because it was always happening on the FS1 app but you did and still a dark screen. and no it's not my phone settings because it doesn't happen with any other app😡
got a free trial for the MLB playoffs. today I was able to watch about an hour of the game before I had to run to a charger because in that time the app used 30% of my battery. also, ads are louder than the regular stream so good luck if you wear headphones.
I received an email offering assistance to troubleshoot the issues noted in the initial review. The link is the same AI generated "Help" that accomplished nothing. Here is the original review; Worthless. Stuck in a continuous loop asking to update location. AI help is laughable, tells me what I already know. I'm stuck in a loop. No kidding. Live help asked one question, never came back. Two hours of my life sucked up with no results. Guess I'll stick with YouTube TV.
Doesn't allow dots in email address before @ sign. Time for developer to search for a more robust regex expression. Captions kind of funky - should center rather than left justify like every other streamer does. Not bad overall by UI a bit clunky. However, a bit pricey considering all I want is Fox News and the local Fox affiliate. Doubt I'll continue beyond the trial solely for that reason.
$19.99 a month to watch TV shows is stupid ridiculous. I see there is a plan for $8.99 which is still a little nuts for just the fox station. If it were a couple dollars a month maybe. Hopefully if they still allow it on Hulu that is a better deal for a dollar a.month more after 3 months of half off, they offer another channel or two besides and some better movies.
Terrible. Do Not Subscribe or waste money. the app runs horribly. I've been randomly blacked out watching the Ohio State game several times in the middle of the game. I LIVE IN OHIO! it did work on my phone but it's ridiculous I have to resort to that. if you're trying to watch a specific game please please try to figure something else out because you'll pay 20 dollars for this and not get to watch the game. it is hands down the worst streaming app I've ever dealt with. not even close.
No cast button. My other apps with casting abilities work just fine. I've already discussed troubleshooting with your help people, and I know that the problem isn't on my end. Was told that I'd get notified when the app was fixed. This was all back in the beginning. Haven't seen a fix nor have heard back from Fox. I will cancel subscription at the end of the month unless I see a fix. Not worth $25. So disappointed. Just fix the app, already.
