I just uninstalled this application today. it wouldn't let me use any of the information unless I paid 19.95 for a yearly subscription. it caused delay in care today. you suck for doing this.

So easy to use. quick to the point. Not as in depth as UTD but don't always need to go down the rabbit hole, either.

The app automatically renewed my subscription even though i stopped the autorenewal months ago- now i cant even find the subscription page to unsubscribe. Can someone help me ?

Hi..l m Dr. Sandeep here..my one year subscription period ended today.Now l m having trouble for next year subscription.After filling card details in payment method,the error comes to review my card details that they are correct or not.My card details are perfectly fine but the subscription does not occur.Kindly guide..thanks..

This was my #1 go to app for the past 3 years but paying $20 a year is unreasonable. Sadly I deleted the app today. I don't mind paying for a quality app but $20 is too much.

Excellent app But I started facing this problem, when I open the app a massage of "ّapllication configuration error" appear I cant use the app anymore although I am a annual subscriber! Please reply to me as soon as u see this . Thanks

As a family physician this app is excellent. It is even worth a subscription (optional) with frequently updated topics from the AAFP monthly journal. Very broad range of material. Overall, brilliant

Excellent app but a yearly subscription is unreasonable. I would be willing to pay a one-time fee but not a yearly subscription for a reasource I can access easily on the web.

One of the best resources for a full service family physician. The structure enabling easy access to what you need is well organized with pertinent information. Price for paid version is worth it.

This is an excellent application: it is easy to search and gives nice bulleted list style that cuts all the junk and shows essentials. This is great when you need something quickly in the clinic or hospital and can't read 10 pages of UTD. Love this app and keep it up had been keeping me sane during Residency.

Content itself is great, but since I moved to a Samsung S22 Ultra, it keeps forcing tablet mode, which is difficult to use because it's a phone not a tablet. I sent an email half a year ago, but they still haven't fixed it.

Superb. Worth the monthly subscription. As a European GP I recommend this app. I would like to ask the developers just to add the setting of selecting the font size. It would be a big addition for reading comfort

Definitely worth the money! Very helpful. I just saw that several people gave the app a low rating. This has only to do with the annual subscription of 20$. Totally worth it, it's worth even more. I use it every day. Just buy it, you want regret it. I work in Sweden and I don't have any affiliation with the app. Just like it a lot.

App will not allow you to open it without signing up for a one month trial. That means entering all of your credit card information and having to cancel your subscription prior to the end of the month or you will be charged. Why not allow a month trial automatically? Or offer a free version and a paid version?

Man, this app is the best! No disruptive ads, the information is clear enough to read, and the interface was clean and minimalistic. The subscription was also very cheap. $20 for a year? That's an absolute steal! Also, you get like 30 days of free trial, this is just too good to be true.. very helpful for medical student👍

Great app and great reference. I've used the website on my computer and once l found out an app was available l had to get it. I do remember when the app was free to use, but the subscription fee is very fair nonethless; especially how well the algorithms are arranged. This app does not disappoint and l will be referring to it in my practice as long as the content remains current. Keep up the great work!

Its a great app for quick decision and review. More useful than Uptodate for actual in practice use due to outline format. When I got it, I heard it was free and so I was anxious when I realized it was a free trial. Nevertheless, at $20 a year, it is a steal. I imagine that it wouldn't be nearly so good if it were simply a free app.
