Terrible, buggy app. My Enel X charger was perfect, yet FPL wanted to switch it out with a Wallbox. App has same bugs. Randomly turning on,"On Peak Charging" so I get billed for my charging sessions I did not authorize, randomly sending me push notifications for charging session that my charger is not doing, logging negative kWh usage, logging negative session time charging. There's so many problems with this app it's atrocious.

The charger and the app work fine, but the app will turn off peak charging on frequently without prompting. You need to check it every time you charge. Update, the app still shuts off the off peak feature. Check every time you plug in, they are trying to force you to pay for the charging.

This was great when we were traveling In Florida to know where to find the fast charge stations.@tingletravelagency

Update 2024-05-06: the bug appears to have been fixed and the app does not crash as it was. This app crashes on my pixel 7 Everytime I try to use the "charge now" button. There is a work-around to start charging by selecting station details > charger # > start charge. So you can start a session, but it is frustrating. (Also, my last charge, the pedistals had no ID number on them and I had to guess. I guessed wrong and had to reset and start over 🤷)

If it loses wifi connection and then you get a huge bill.

This app is way below standards. I expect much more from FPL/NextEra. It's very slow to update if chargers are available, it crashes from time to time and I have to log in again after restarting my phone. The map filters do not work. Works ok most of the time but there is definitely room for improvement.

charger broke down, it took over a week to have FPL to replace it in the mean time I had to go to public charger and FPL WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY, I understand maybe 2 days max to replace it not over a week, specially if you drive 200 plus miles a day like me.

app works. I do see some public charge usage in Juno Beach. I called them and they don't know why it showed that I charged there when was not there.

Untested p o s. ask for the credit card then sits locked for a minute and nothing happens. they did exactly zero testing on the app , cause nobody in the right mind would put this crabout

The most convenient and fair priced EV charger I have dealt with since purchasing this car. This is my first EV and charging was my main concern like it should be for most. I tried a bunch of different other chargers but keep coming back to here because of what I stated earlier. My next step is to get FPL EVolution installed in my home because of how good my experience has been with the public charger. I highly suggest it.

some chargers were out of service and it took me calling a couple of times and about 2 months for them to get fixed..... and although they have the CCS plug that I use; I have found that almost all of them except one group of chargers on Pratt Whitney Road have Chademo connectors as a secondary connector and only the ones on Pratt Whitney road have the secondary connector being a NACS (Tesla) connector. I don't know why they still have Chademo when there are so many Teslas on the road.

great app very happy if one wasn't available it would direct me to another one fairly close so it was pretty decent. not to mention I'm in my early 50s it was my first electric car and I did great. I'm actually thinking about buying one now

I couldn't create an account in the app and there is nowhere to do it on the website. The problem was that Google auto filled my email with a space at the end. The app keept giving me an error of "1 validation error detected: Value at 'username' failed to satisfy constrain..." that's the whole message, those aren't my ellipses at the end. Glad I tried to sign up before my trip. I will review again if I successfully use the app at a charging station.

App is buggy , before I could see how much time and charge is left to full when charging and how much it's costing me in real time now , now it's gone even tho I'm setting up charging through app

We never had a bad experience with FPL evolution. The charger always works the app always works and the charging speed is fast and the price per kilowatt is very reasonable. Thank you FPL for getting this right.

Easy access, flawless operation. Pretty good speed for a top-off in the upper range of my state-of-charge before heading across the state.

The Charge Box works pretty well. Occasionally it fails to hold its internet connection, in spite of a VERY STRONG signal. Reestablishing the connection has been difficult. This system is only 300% better than the Juice Box FPL originally installed.

Trying to use the app was a nightmare and made my trip extremely stressful. I was completely unable to use the chargers because the app crashed every time I tried to add a payment method. My passenger installed the app on their iPhone and had the same issues. We tried at least 5 different payment methods but it errored out or crashed every time. I would NOT travel on the turnpike with an electric vehicle knowing I have to rely on this poorly made app.
