app isn't working anymore, I had a gift that it was reminding me to use and when I went to go use it, it stopped working. hasn't been working for days now
My app has stopped working on my Galaxy S23+. Possibly, from the last update. I have a short time to get 10% back everywhere and I am missing out!
Loved this app the two times it worked... now it just crashes on start up. I hope they get this resolved because at this point I have real money locked up in a buggy app.
yeah, you can earn but try and redeem and the app crashes every time.
It's great when it works but it crashes often and that will get you want to stop using it. update: they fixed the app for about 1 month and now it's crashing again. this is extremely frustrating
App does not work. Takes multiple times to upload videos for restaurants. It's a waste of time cuz you have to answer many questions, rate & review. But if your video does not upload for some reason, you have to do it all over again! My gf has been doing this app for many years and makes extra money but she started when Franki first came out. Now it is impossible to level up and make money. I uploaded 5 restaurant/food videos & Franki deleted 3 of them!?? There are much better apps out there!
I was excited to hear about this app as it is close to my name, and I love eating and trying different restaurants. Unfortunately, the app keeps crashing down. That makes me feel insecure with having to link a debit/credit card.
Doesn't look like that great of an app. You have to waste too much time trying to search for places. Restaurants should be listed by distance like they do on Upside. Can't rate my experience of using the app at a restaurant since I can't find places near me.
Great app that is also a good way to discover places never been to. Easy to use.
I thought it was a cool idea to look up places to have a date. Not here, unfortunately. The first location i looked up for dinner at a French place on the app looked for very promising. Except when you go on Google Maps to find directions for the place. It says it's permanently closed. On the app, it says it's open Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays.
