app isn't working anymore, I had a gift that it was reminding me to use and when I went to go use it, it stopped working. hasn't been working for days now

My app has stopped working on my Galaxy S23+. Possibly, from the last update. I have a short time to get 10% back everywhere and I am missing out!

Loved this app the two times it worked... now it just crashes on start up. I hope they get this resolved because at this point I have real money locked up in a buggy app.

yeah, you can earn but try and redeem and the app crashes every time.

It's great when it works but it crashes often and that will get you want to stop using it. update: they fixed the app for about 1 month and now it's crashing again. this is extremely frustrating

App does not work. Takes multiple times to upload videos for restaurants. It's a waste of time cuz you have to answer many questions, rate & review. But if your video does not upload for some reason, you have to do it all over again! My gf has been doing this app for many years and makes extra money but she started when Franki first came out. Now it is impossible to level up and make money. I uploaded 5 restaurant/food videos & Franki deleted 3 of them!?? There are much better apps out there!

I was excited to hear about this app as it is close to my name, and I love eating and trying different restaurants. Unfortunately, the app keeps crashing down. That makes me feel insecure with having to link a debit/credit card.

Doesn't look like that great of an app. You have to waste too much time trying to search for places. Restaurants should be listed by distance like they do on Upside. Can't rate my experience of using the app at a restaurant since I can't find places near me.

Great app that is also a good way to discover places never been to. Easy to use.

I thought it was a cool idea to look up places to have a date. Not here, unfortunately. The first location i looked up for dinner at a French place on the app looked for very promising. Except when you go on Google Maps to find directions for the place. It says it's permanently closed. On the app, it says it's open Tuesday to Sunday and closed on Mondays.

App was working somewhat well until the latest app update. Latest update causes app to crash when tapping to see my balance or list of activated restaurants.

I totally recommend this is a super cool app that has introduced me to new restaurants with great deals and you actually earn money and get cash back it's awesome. An upside is there is no annoying adds or scam. 10/10 a must have for any foodie 👍👑⭐

Love this app and drhe cash back you gain from using it! but my phone gets so hot from using it that it feels like it's on fire! I have to keep closing it so my phone can cool down. Why is if running so much processing speed?!

Very buggy app..has you CONSTANTLY reconnect credit cards, they claim it's for "security purposes". I get that, but to re-do it very often is such a pain. Also, they don't always approve cash back offers even if you have a card connected, activate the offer and make the purchase. What a silly app..their support reminds me of Upside, they dgaf about their users & they try to penny-pinch them. Their search feature is flimsy & I missed out on cash because the restaurant popped up after the fact! 😤

Not a good first impression. I thought I'd give it a try, tried out a few places and now the app isn't working on my phone. Attempted to reach out to support, but got an email that said one of their emails is no longer in service. I didn't even my first credits yet. Very disappointing. UPDATE 5/7/25 - Tried uninstalling and re installing the app, now I can't even get in the app.

I've been in a "loop" where the app prompts me to re-link my card by my logging into my bank account, and I've logged into my bank successfully, but then I'm taken back to my account page with no confirmation my card was linked, and then I'm asked to login to my bank again, like a continuous "loop". Could you please fix this "loop" bug?

Initially, support is excellent with fast, easy resolutions. But since August 2025, quality has plummeted, unresolved purchases from August, it's now mid-September. Contacting support yields only stalling tactics: they insist on relinking my card or say my case is "with the investigation team" for weeks without a resolution. Deeply disappointing. Update 9/20/25 Finally got Cash back after 5 weeks. Now My account has been frozen, can't longer access the restaurant detail. just blank page.

this app is horrible. can't connect a credit, can't type in the search field for restaurants, and can't talk to any employees in real time. might be cool if they hire anyone who has experience designing apps that work. seems like it's still in some real low version beta phase.

Downloaded, created an account, loaded my city. There's not much here. it listed something that was close by, it sounded unfamiliar. So I click on directions and it shows me a city 4 hours away. Maybe this app only works well in larger cities, but for me it's been nearly worthless. Seeing my mileage as 6,000 miles to a nearby Taco Bell was a real gas. Changed my rating by one star because I am gratified they replied, without being nasty. If you're in a larger metro area, maybe it works for you

heard good things from friends about the app. i installed it and tried setting it up. but requiring to link bank accounts, even if it's with plaid, is a deal breaker for me personally. i uninstalled. hopefully they bring an option to link credit card manually. not interested otherwise. edit: no matter how safe is technology (plaid) it's just another redundant and unnecessary linking of bank accounts. there are lesser intrusive ways. linking bank account to earn points at restaurants is a NO.
