This company is highly deceitfu and not to be trusted on any level. The company One Rail sends Frayt orders and Frayt sends the orders to the drivers. I received an order drove pretty far to pick it up, and when I arrived, the store had no order for me to pick up. I contacted One Rail, and they informed me that that specific order was canceled 5 hours ago and for some reason Frayt keeps sending it out to drivers. Frayt was at fault, but refused to pay.

I used this app on and off for about a year 1st off the pay rates are ridiculously low whenever a decent opportunity appears it immediately disappears within a split sec so it's nearly impossible to ever get anything good....and now they have changed their payout from 24hrs to 48hrs sorry but it's just not worth the effort for so very little compensation then have to wait 2 days to get paid....I will no longer use this

The app is very easy to use and the payouts are pretty decent! The app will have "ghost jobs" pop up sometimes which really don't exist anymore when you try to accept them which is the only drawback I can say about Frayt. Other than that, pickups are pretty easy and dropoffs are pretty easy too.

I worked for this company for years nanda only made money for two months. They kept asking me every few months to update my documents and quite honestly I don't know why since I wasn't receiving any job. A few days before I deleted my account, I got finally an offer to pick up from Advance Auto. I was shocked. It was the first job I jot from them after so long. Giving a 1 star, the agent "Juan" had nothing to help me with. I have had the app open and waited for "loads" to appear for acceptance. The only thing that happened while the app was open was that I pulled down on the screen to refresh the page and got a notification on the top screen not the app that thier is a "matching load" and not to my surprise the load was never refreshed on the app as I clicked the refresh button and pulled the screen down multiple times. Nothing after "12 Matches"

Edit: They went to this trash app exclusively, Old app was better, wish we could still use the old app. Download this today and the way its organized is terrible. The gig map is hidden behind a menu selection, it is one of the most important pieces of information when examining a gig. The map should be easy to see and interface with. The old app was much better than this.

You ever had an app that never works? This is it. I gets notification alerts all day, but never once is there a load when you open the app. NEVER ONCE! Then I reach out to customer service and never get an answer. They were saying that th new app was improved, but I find it to even worse than the 1st app. From time to time a customer service rep will reach out to ask if I am interested in an order that I never even see on the app.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT HOLD ANYTHING OVERNIGHT FOR FRAYT. I went to drop an order off, but it was closed. So I was asked to hold it OVERNIGHT, which I did, I asked how much pay would i be paid, and they said they'll look into it, but never got back to me. So the next morning, I asked again before dropping it off,and I was told the same thing. I completed the order, and a text comes through $20 for your OVERNIGHT hold. I was paid $20 for my time, gas, and 50 miles driven. Next time, I'll leave it.
