Call the store to make sure they do online orders before putting in a large order. The app will allow you to select a location, put your order in, enter gift card payment, (but not accept other payments) just to not go through or actually order. Rated a 2 and not a 1 because the potential to be a good app is there, and the menu is clear and easy.

App has always been slow and glitchy. My most recent mobile order I chose your "limited time" specialty item, then picked up a sealed shut bag via stickers, to open up my order when I got home to find out the specialty buns were out of stock. Your app and order system is slow/flawed. Paid extra for a specialty item that your app should've displayed as unavailable for the location selected. This app constantly asks for a review more than any other restaurants yet is the worst I use. Here ya go.

Login never works. I was able to log in ONCE and then I got automatically signed out the next day and have not been able to log in since then. Not to mention that when I was able to log in the first time, I had to reinstall 3 times, clear app cache, and change my password twice then it worked. Freddy's is amazing and the website works, but this app is just obsolete. Why have a rewards system if you can't even log in to use it?

Terrible app. Submitted the order, the "I am here" button didn't work, showed error message. Checked, the order wasn't processed. Submitted the order again and it duplicated it. Charged me twice. When I went to the store, they couldn't do anything to cancel it. I called corporate and left a message. It's been 3 days, still waiting.

The old app let you mobile order for dine in and I used it once a week. This app only allows carry out or delivery. So now I order at the register and it takes longer. -- I know you can order carry out and eat at store, but I prefer the tray and basket to the paper bag and wrapping. Plus they don't call names when putting carry out on the shelves where anyone can take it.

App Deals do not get applied during checkout. I'm writing this to get the software dev's attention. Your App fails to apply deals or discounts during checkout. During the Memorial Day weekend(May24th-27th), Freddy's is offering $5 off all orders with $15 or more of items. However, this deal does not get applied during the purchase and there is no way for me to apply this on my own. Update: The dev team kind of helped me. But the preselected rewards before ordering don't stay with my order.

For the longest time the app would not accept receipts to enter in when I bought food for points. I lost probably two or three free meals because of that and am very disappointed. Customer support would never get back with me when I wrote them either so I'm very disappointed with the lack of concern, however the app seems to have fixed that problem now so I will give them three stars to split the difference and update my rating if it continues to work as it should.

Generally a very quick and easy app. The only issues I have had with the app have happened when the cashier forgot to use my rewards number. I have submitted receipts a couple of times and the process is not as user friendly as it should be. The receipts are different from store to store, so the numbers you need to type in aren't always obvious. This process can mess up your points credit.

Unable to use reward items through mobile order, stating "We are perfecting our menu and camne across a small issue. Please empty your cart and add your favorites again" endlessly. Mobile ordering is no faster than ordering on location, since food is not made until you get there. Unable to pick up through drive-thru, so a major hit to convenience.

A lot of stars (rewards points) don't appear in your account (maybe the cashiers don't really put in the info?). Won't update in my app store and really don't want to fight uninstall/reinstall multiple times. Therefore, I can't order from the app so I'm not sure how that experience works. Service has gone downhill at our local store anyhow. Loved it in a bigger city and have already contacted customer service to no avail about our small town store.

I want to be able to use the app more. What's keeping me from doing this is the inability to customize sides when they're in a combo. You can customize them when they're on their own, but not in a combo. This is inconvenient because I always order a combo with chili cheese fries W/O the onions. I can't do that in the app. Please update this so I can use the app a lot more. In addition, my store location has CHERRY Pepsi in-house, but not selectable in the app.

The app finally works to mobile order but the experience is pretty bad. You can't go through the drive through, it says to park in a designated spot and wait or go inside to get your order. I waited and no one came out. Went in to get my food (which was wrong). Sat around waiting with door dash drivers. If you can't just go through the drive through its more of a hassle. Mobile apps are supposed to add convience. Every other fast food place let's you go through the drive through.

I had thousands of points, my local Freddy's told me for a few weeks the app was not working, and they couldn't do it inside the store. Well finally after the store started saying it's working, I update the app and hit login and NOTHING. I have tried twice for a email to be able to change the password even though I don't need to change the password. No email, can't get into the app. All the points we had just down the drain. The app is just useless and I won't be downloading it again.

Wow this app is terrible. I had to create an account to pay for the food. Upon creating an account it completely wiped my order and I had to start over. Then I re-made the order only to have it somehow change it to dine-in and am unable to change it. I'm usually pretty savvy with these apps but wow this was a struggle. One of the few apps you're better off just going through the drve-thru instead. Some of the font doesn't even fit correctly and overlaps with other texts. Overall, just a bad app.

Please add a SCAN function to 'Earn Points On Past Order' screen. So we can simply scan the barcode or QR code on the receipt. Either that or, if we MUST key it in manually, can you print the number larger and make the the number we type in visible on the screen. It is currently located at the bottom of the screen and is covered up by the phone's keyboard when you type it in. So I can't really see what I'm needing to type or where I'm typing it, lol. Thanks ...P.S.- please switch to Coca-Cola!!

When ordering, pressing the phone's "back" button at any time closes the app. If you want to return to a previous menu, you have to go the the main ordering screen and find your way back from there. Every time you select a menu option that is not a combo, there is a popup that asks you to swap for a combo instead, even though you already scrolled past all of the combos to select the a la carte item. This app is unintuitive and pushes the customer to buy things they don't want.

This would be 5 stars if the back button actually went back within the app instead of closing the app entirely... very very frustrating when looking at the menu. Otherwise, the app works well (though no biometrics sign-in and login info won't autofill), the food is always amazing, and the rewards are pretty great too!

the app works fine ; what really is Amazing is the service matches the app. you order online you pick up and they are ready for you!!! I can't express how frustrating it can be when I use other places like McDonald's to place a mobile pick up order through drive though pick up only to be told to park and wait for your food. thank you for working as you should!

*edit* after years of working perfectly fine it suddenly logged me out and refused to let me log in saying my password was wrong. Even after resetting my password multiple times it still refuses to let me log in. *edit* Love the app, haven't had problems with it overall. I tried to redeem my points today, but was unable to do so. I've redeemed them before with no problem but for some reason it refused to work.

Plagued with bugs. Surprisingly I was able to log in today after not being able to for at least several months. But when I try to order pickup I click start order on the item, then I'm taken to a page to select the location. The locations also have a start order button which takes you back to the menu; it's an endless loop that prevents me from actually ordering. Also, why does auto fill not work for credit cards? This is the only app Ive used recently that doesn't actually support this.
