Call the store to make sure they do online orders before putting in a large order. The app will allow you to select a location, put your order in, enter gift card payment, (but not accept other payments) just to not go through or actually order. Rated a 2 and not a 1 because the potential to be a good app is there, and the menu is clear and easy.

App has always been slow and glitchy. My most recent mobile order I chose your "limited time" specialty item, then picked up a sealed shut bag via stickers, to open up my order when I got home to find out the specialty buns were out of stock. Your app and order system is slow/flawed. Paid extra for a specialty item that your app should've displayed as unavailable for the location selected. This app constantly asks for a review more than any other restaurants yet is the worst I use. Here ya go.
Login never works. I was able to log in ONCE and then I got automatically signed out the next day and have not been able to log in since then. Not to mention that when I was able to log in the first time, I had to reinstall 3 times, clear app cache, and change my password twice then it worked. Freddy's is amazing and the website works, but this app is just obsolete. Why have a rewards system if you can't even log in to use it?
Terrible app. Submitted the order, the "I am here" button didn't work, showed error message. Checked, the order wasn't processed. Submitted the order again and it duplicated it. Charged me twice. When I went to the store, they couldn't do anything to cancel it. I called corporate and left a message. It's been 3 days, still waiting.
The old app let you mobile order for dine in and I used it once a week. This app only allows carry out or delivery. So now I order at the register and it takes longer. -- I know you can order carry out and eat at store, but I prefer the tray and basket to the paper bag and wrapping. Plus they don't call names when putting carry out on the shelves where anyone can take it.
App Deals do not get applied during checkout. I'm writing this to get the software dev's attention. Your App fails to apply deals or discounts during checkout. During the Memorial Day weekend(May24th-27th), Freddy's is offering $5 off all orders with $15 or more of items. However, this deal does not get applied during the purchase and there is no way for me to apply this on my own. Update: The dev team kind of helped me. But the preselected rewards before ordering don't stay with my order.
For the longest time the app would not accept receipts to enter in when I bought food for points. I lost probably two or three free meals because of that and am very disappointed. Customer support would never get back with me when I wrote them either so I'm very disappointed with the lack of concern, however the app seems to have fixed that problem now so I will give them three stars to split the difference and update my rating if it continues to work as it should.
Generally a very quick and easy app. The only issues I have had with the app have happened when the cashier forgot to use my rewards number. I have submitted receipts a couple of times and the process is not as user friendly as it should be. The receipts are different from store to store, so the numbers you need to type in aren't always obvious. This process can mess up your points credit.
Unable to use reward items through mobile order, stating "We are perfecting our menu and camne across a small issue. Please empty your cart and add your favorites again" endlessly. Mobile ordering is no faster than ordering on location, since food is not made until you get there. Unable to pick up through drive-thru, so a major hit to convenience.
A lot of stars (rewards points) don't appear in your account (maybe the cashiers don't really put in the info?). Won't update in my app store and really don't want to fight uninstall/reinstall multiple times. Therefore, I can't order from the app so I'm not sure how that experience works. Service has gone downhill at our local store anyhow. Loved it in a bigger city and have already contacted customer service to no avail about our small town store.
