I am very dissatisfied because I've spent so much money and only get back a few dollars back for my winnings. I can't cash out like "JustPlay" for my winnings. Instead I get $3 back after spending $50 or more every day. There's no such thing as free games unless you spend tons of money. There's fees for withdrawals too. Not worth my time and money...so disappointed.

Good if youre okay with getting ripped off occasionally. I've made a decent amount of money for playing games, but have not been credited for multiple tasks complete. I opened a ticket and provided proof that I finished the task and support still rejected my ticket and refused to give me money. Im now missing over $200 from offers I spent hours getting. When I opened the chat to talk to an employee I never get a response. just the AI bot. Don't expect a resolution if you have an issue!

they really need to give better detailed descriptions of what is required to complete a task and get a reward. on the game match factory it has a limited time offer of complete 150 levels consecutively without losing more then 10 times. I spent hours of my day yesterday doing 150 levels, didn't lose even once, yet somehow I didnt get the money for that task.

I've installed 5 games total thru this app, 3 of which it showed the game has installed and has applied the other rewards I've done. My two most recent games, it has the spinning wheel of death stuck at the install reward. I've done one reward on both games and it has not given me anything. I'm not sure what happened, I've un-installed and reinstalled, nothing has changed. It'll give me the 1 cent from playing more than 2 minutes on one game so it recognizes the install but hasn't rewarded me.

It's really difficult to make any money in this app. A lot of the games don't match what I would like to play. Updated this to 4 stars. The more I leveled up, the more games and options I had. I wish it were this way when you first download it otherwise it's misleading to new users. I took away a star because one of the games didn't track and I didn't receive my payout for that and I put in a ticket with screenshots and still didn't receive.

Every time I try to do a "big" survey, the redirection to the survey never works. It always says, "It's not you, it's us." Well, if you know it's y'all, then fix it! For example, if y'all don't want people to quickly stack up their extra money, then don't put the big survey rewards out. For whatever reason, I downloaded a game, and the app isn't recognizing that I've already installed it days ago.

It was fun at first, but then after I was this one game for a while, i noticed that I was not getting anything in the progression bar. Even when I tried to connect support about the issue, I couldn't, because the way they said to create a ticket about the issue, which was to go to the progression of the game, and to click on a green tab, was not even there. So I've played in this app for about 2 months for nothing. Yeah, they get you with the quick $5, but you can't cash out until $20, jsyk.

New user beware: if you're playing a game that has a "reward multiplier", you need to make in app purchases in order to keep that reward multiplier at the highest tier. Mine went down from 5-1 after 2 weeks. Rewards that were $50 went down to $5. After $70 of in app purchases and got the $5 up to $25, but not $50 again. So that sucks. Look for ones that don't have a reward multiplier if you don't want to spend money to make money. They do payout though, it can just take 2 weeks to cashout

huge waste of time. You can't do first cash out until you have $20. I spent hours attempting surveys, and NONE were a "match". Played one absolutely awful "game" (aka brain rot) to make $0.91... what a huge bait and switch. If you use data from the daily income in the top 1,000 leader board, and consider the total population of this game and the steep decrease in that small sample, you can reasonably calculate (via decay function) that the average player makes as little as $0.28 per day.

this app is fraudulent, I've completed 2 different offers and they did not honor the agreement. When you try to submit a ticket you only get a reply that says decline. You don't get an explanation nor are you able to resubmit. There are no checks and balances here. You can get screwed out of receiving you money for all the time put into doing the task and if they feel like it, not reward you and you have no recourse. There are too many cash apps to deal with this. DO NOT USE it is a SCAM!!!

I have used multiple apps to earn money, and unfortunately, Freecash doesn't measure up. The game selection isn't great, and the ones I did download have unobtainable goals unless you pay to play. Right now, they give you $5 for signing up, but then make it where you have to have $20 to cash out. Even then, they charge a fee to cash out. So if you cash out $25, you don't get $25, you only get $23. Other apps don't charge to cash out. It also takes a long time to earn, and tracking is glitchy.

I like this app for the clear offer requirements and it actually does pay. My only complaint is that the support system for missing credit is confusing and difficult. Once I figured out how to upload my proof screenshot and did submit a ticket, there is no email or further communication confirming my ticket or fixing the mistake. I've only had one mistake in the 6 months or more I've been using the app but it's still money that I earned and wasn't credited. Other than support, it's a good app

I do like and appreciate this app. However if youre not careful, youll bite off way more than you can chew. I suggest doing 2-3 offers at a time, no more. The high paying offers usually take a huge grind and most of the time you WILL NOT be able to achieve the goals set by Freecash unless you spend money in game to help speed you along. Ive found if you try to complete certain offers without spending any of your own money, its simply impossible. You will have to spend some to make some. Bummer

You will make some pocket money if you have a lot of time to waste but you have to wait a week to cash out. there's also a bit of a tracking issue that their explanation for it doesn't really add up. how can this third party tracker stop tracking days played at 55 days but can still track the money spent on the days they forgot to track. it really doesn't make sense you probably should look for a new tracker. the games aren't great coincidentally it's the ones I like that don't track right

They won't pay you on several offers and call it a tracking issue. they said to put in a ticket if i didn't delete the game. i waited many weeks and all rejected without any reason. I haven't been paid fairly for many offers and have shown proof of completion in the tickets I have created, and they still get rejected. what even is the "tracking issue" it seems like they dont want to do their jobs or give you the offers you spent time and possibly money to achieve. This app sucks!

can I successfully cash out? yes. but it charges so when you cashout $5, you lose a dolla. and it takes so long to release funds. when i spend so many hours and even a few dollars to achieve a goal, I most certainly don't want to wait 7 days to be able to cashout. all innall its a good app, but it could very easily be great.. there's so many apps that will let you cashout instantly and don't charge anything when you cashout that I've used and will continue to use

Plain and simple, you have to initially spend money to make it. but from what I have seen you can spend around $20 in game at any of there offers and make between $50-$75 back. but your going to be waiting 1-4 weeks after you complete an offer in order for you to even be able to cash it out, and that's even with it saying "withdrawable soon". so in short, if your already spending money on games. and you don't mind waiting weeks on end to get it back, this is the app for you....

went to cash out and it said i was rejected. when I manually went to the FAQ it took over the main screen and won't go away, no matter what menu item I click on. even after force stopping it, it still opens and no matter what sub menu I click on, it won't go away. edit: it went away after the 10th try. still requires a lot to cash out. mistplay was easier. this seems to build money faster, so that's nice

While I did get some rewards, most of the tasks are unrealistic. Monopoly Go says reach board 150 in 50 days, but unless a lot of in app purchases are made that's not possible. I also had an offer expire just before I completed a task with $25, with no warning. when I went to the support they gave me the run around and then told me how to jump through hoops to open a ticket which didn't work. Bad service. very bad customer service. you only talk to bots and get no help.

The app worked great for a while, allowing me to play games and complete offers for around a week and build some money. However, around the time I earned ~$70 and wanted to withdraw the app broke. Every time I open it, there's a blurry cover over the screen and I can't see or interact with anything in the app. I emailed them with pics in hopes of finding a solution but over a week later, still no response. Edit: Spent 4hrs in support chat on website last night, no response. They don't care. 0⭐
