I am very dissatisfied because I've spent so much money and only get back a few dollars back for my winnings. I can't cash out like "JustPlay" for my winnings. Instead I get $3 back after spending $50 or more every day. There's no such thing as free games unless you spend tons of money. There's fees for withdrawals too. Not worth my time and money...so disappointed.
Good if youre okay with getting ripped off occasionally. I've made a decent amount of money for playing games, but have not been credited for multiple tasks complete. I opened a ticket and provided proof that I finished the task and support still rejected my ticket and refused to give me money. Im now missing over $200 from offers I spent hours getting. When I opened the chat to talk to an employee I never get a response. just the AI bot. Don't expect a resolution if you have an issue!
they really need to give better detailed descriptions of what is required to complete a task and get a reward. on the game match factory it has a limited time offer of complete 150 levels consecutively without losing more then 10 times. I spent hours of my day yesterday doing 150 levels, didn't lose even once, yet somehow I didnt get the money for that task.
I've installed 5 games total thru this app, 3 of which it showed the game has installed and has applied the other rewards I've done. My two most recent games, it has the spinning wheel of death stuck at the install reward. I've done one reward on both games and it has not given me anything. I'm not sure what happened, I've un-installed and reinstalled, nothing has changed. It'll give me the 1 cent from playing more than 2 minutes on one game so it recognizes the install but hasn't rewarded me.
It's really difficult to make any money in this app. A lot of the games don't match what I would like to play. Updated this to 4 stars. The more I leveled up, the more games and options I had. I wish it were this way when you first download it otherwise it's misleading to new users. I took away a star because one of the games didn't track and I didn't receive my payout for that and I put in a ticket with screenshots and still didn't receive.
Every time I try to do a "big" survey, the redirection to the survey never works. It always says, "It's not you, it's us." Well, if you know it's y'all, then fix it! For example, if y'all don't want people to quickly stack up their extra money, then don't put the big survey rewards out. For whatever reason, I downloaded a game, and the app isn't recognizing that I've already installed it days ago.
It was fun at first, but then after I was this one game for a while, i noticed that I was not getting anything in the progression bar. Even when I tried to connect support about the issue, I couldn't, because the way they said to create a ticket about the issue, which was to go to the progression of the game, and to click on a green tab, was not even there. So I've played in this app for about 2 months for nothing. Yeah, they get you with the quick $5, but you can't cash out until $20, jsyk.
New user beware: if you're playing a game that has a "reward multiplier", you need to make in app purchases in order to keep that reward multiplier at the highest tier. Mine went down from 5-1 after 2 weeks. Rewards that were $50 went down to $5. After $70 of in app purchases and got the $5 up to $25, but not $50 again. So that sucks. Look for ones that don't have a reward multiplier if you don't want to spend money to make money. They do payout though, it can just take 2 weeks to cashout
huge waste of time. You can't do first cash out until you have $20. I spent hours attempting surveys, and NONE were a "match". Played one absolutely awful "game" (aka brain rot) to make $0.91... what a huge bait and switch. If you use data from the daily income in the top 1,000 leader board, and consider the total population of this game and the steep decrease in that small sample, you can reasonably calculate (via decay function) that the average player makes as little as $0.28 per day.
this app is fraudulent, I've completed 2 different offers and they did not honor the agreement. When you try to submit a ticket you only get a reply that says decline. You don't get an explanation nor are you able to resubmit. There are no checks and balances here. You can get screwed out of receiving you money for all the time put into doing the task and if they feel like it, not reward you and you have no recourse. There are too many cash apps to deal with this. DO NOT USE it is a SCAM!!!
