I am happy this app came to android now and will be using it during my labour in a few weeks time. The app is really easy to navigate and includes everything I am going to need – the surge tracker, calming music, positive affirmations and counting during surges to concentrate on proper breathing. I […]

Was so excited for this to be available on Android and just in time as baby due any day now! I love that everything will be available on the app when labour begins, including the mp3s. Its all very easy to navigate and use so far. Update – used this during the first stage of […]
I will say I haven’t used this in labour yet, but I am looking forward to being able to in the next few weeks π it seems to be very user friendly, easy to navigate and a helpful way to track your contractions/surges. The main bonus of this app is having the MP3s from the […]
I’ve been waiting for this app to be available for android and it’s finally here. It’s so easy to use and helps you keep focused through your breathing during labor as well as playing the guided relaxations. The up breathing counting is great as you don’t need to worry about counting as it does it […]
Perfect accompaniment to the toolbox taught on the course. Help with counting the up breath whilst having the option to listen to the MP3s that are part of the digital course pack. Can switch off individual readings and change the order they are read. Can mute the app at anytime. Surges tracker very important and […]
Its straight forward to use. However, I found the timing to be missleading! It took us a while to notice that the times between surges are inclusive of the actual surge. Which I found it Not useful. For example it was giving me 4-5 min between surges but when actually timed it separatly they were […]
This app is amazing! I have been patiently waiting for this app to arrive on android and it is all I could have hoped for & more. My poor husband spent all of my last birth counting my breathing for me but this does everything for you! It compliments the digital pack perfectly which I […]
I’m finding it really helpful to practice breathing and feel more confident knowing that I have this app ready for me when labour starts. I love the reading of the positive affirmations, too. Drawbacks: some of the affirmations don’t resonate with me so I wish I could deselect those, and add more. Secondly, the affirmation […]
A great inclusive app for pregnancy relaxation and labour tracking. The app is simple and easy to navigate. It introduces the purpose of the app clearly and with a few buttons, it doesn’t take long to use (excellent when simple is key in labour). The music remains the same, slow and calming. Siobhan’s voice is […]
Good app but tweaks needed. Frustrating the music louder than the voice. A music volume button is needed so it doesn’t drown out affirmations. Also music off should let you hear affirmations and play your own soundtrack but it doesn’t. It just stops affirmations once your music starts. Final improvement is there are only 5 […]
I love this app. Siobhans voice is so calming. I used the contesction timer in my previous labour and it helped a lot. Only problem is sometimes the backing music cuts out from the affirmations. Doesn’t bother me when I’m just chilling in pregnancy, but during labour it would be better not to have to […]
I am so happy to have this app! It seems really intuitive and user friendly. Having Siobhan’s support through labour will be a real comfort. Having the app will avoid having to faff around with the audio downloads from the digital pack (the digital pack is amazing by the way!), and the surge timer will […]
So the application is super nice, the scripts, the breathing, the surge counting will be useful during the labor. I’ve been listeting to the scripts since I downloaded the app, around week 24. I don’t like that the music on background is lounder than the voice, I would like the option for music volume, not […]
Simple to use app,yet so incredibly effective. Thank you so much for designing this beautiful app.It really helped me to keep calm and focused throughout my labour. Sometimes, when I would try to count through a surge myself, I would lose it a little bit, so having the app count and the relaxing music really […]
Really nice user experience. Clean interface. Intuitive and easy to use. Might only ever use this app for a couple of days but it’s been worth the money. One minor gripe, in that the hand writing font is not easy for my dyslexic wife to read. Otherwise accessibility is pretty good. A nice addition might […]
I’ve been using this in pregnancy so can’t comment on its use for tracking surges during labour but I didn’t find it that user friendly/ intuitive. There are some guided meditation and affirmations you can find at the bottom (feel like the fast forward button could be made bigger/clearer?) but no option to pause these. […]
needs much more functionality. I cannot hear the affirmations over my own music because I can’t adjust the volume of background music unless its the in application and can’t increase volume of affirmations.
In the heat of the moment it’s not a user friendly app. There’s not an obvious visual difference between surges and intervals. The contrast and font on the stats page makes it hard to see the data. There’s no obvious way to silence the audio of the app without muting your own music.
This pairs ok with the online course It is a shame that there isn’t a practice mode, that could remind you to practice breathing (like the squeezy app) I wish there were a few more tracks and a music mode, so you could switch between different types of calming music and the affirmations for example. […]
pretty much perfect. there was only one issue which was this weird race condition with the audio that if you hit the button at just the right time there would be two audio tracks talking over each other which was not relaxing at all
