I used this app for the first and last time tonight. I had problems placing my order and then had to pay a service charge for an order I went and picked up. I have already uninstalled this app and I would not even give it 1 star if I could.

the app sucks and so do the restaurants!

They basically stole $56!! I ordered through this app for delivery and my order was wrong. But there is absolutely NO WAY to get a refund when things go wrong. No customer service even available. I called the restaurant and they told me I had to get my refund through the app. Such a scam!

Terrible user interface. Not even really sure how to use this app, only one restaurant shows up when I search. Is that the only restaurant in my local area? Who knows, app doesn’t say. Just keeps showing me this one taco joint no matter what I search for.

I’ve used this app multiple times now for local restaurants and it has worked seamlessly. Also placed a delivery order and after it was all said and done…only $5 more than pick-up! The food prices were the same not jacked up 20%, but still delivered by our friendly neighborhood Door Dasher.

This app comes with a hefty surcharge. It doesn’t show until you enter credit card information then has small print about the added service fee. Not able to track your order is not a good thing.

the restaurant did not get my order and they took the payment out of my account, it’s a scam ! do not use this app to order or pay.

couldn’t complete order. app is very glitchy and wouldn’t let me add tip and to exit cart and try again. I was then able to adjust tip but then wasn’t able to complete order. I tapped place order 4 times before I gave up and called the order in.

I was going to use this for delivery, but decided to pick up instead. The app charges a $5 service fee. Wth is that. I AM NOT PAYING A FEE FOR THE USE OF AN APP.

I placed an order, but the order was sent to a location I didn’t select. I was careful. The other (wrong) location was hard to find and closed.

The payment modal window at checkout is currently non-functional on Android 15 – the window appears correctly when the device keyboard is open, but when the keyboard closes, the modal window visually squashes itself upwards, while the touch points remain unchanged.
