I used this app for the first and last time tonight. I had problems placing my order and then had to pay a service charge for an order I went and picked up. I have already uninstalled this app and I would not even give it 1 star if I could.
the app sucks and so do the restaurants!
They basically stole $56!! I ordered through this app for delivery and my order was wrong. But there is absolutely NO WAY to get a refund when things go wrong. No customer service even available. I called the restaurant and they told me I had to get my refund through the app. Such a scam!
Terrible user interface. Not even really sure how to use this app, only one restaurant shows up when I search. Is that the only restaurant in my local area? Who knows, app doesn't say. Just keeps showing me this one taco joint no matter what I search for.
I've used this app multiple times now for local restaurants and it has worked seamlessly. Also placed a delivery order and after it was all said and done...only $5 more than pick-up! The food prices were the same not jacked up 20%, but still delivered by our friendly neighborhood Door Dasher.
This app comes with a hefty surcharge. It doesn't show until you enter credit card information then has small print about the added service fee. I understand they need to make money but a $6 service charge for a small lunch order was shocking and didn't realize until it ran my credit card and the final receipt listed the service charge
Makes it so easy to order food from food trucks. Rather than having to go to the food truck to place my order and wait I can conveniently use this app to order first then arrive and grab my food when I get there. Some of them have phone numbers to call but a lot of times can't answer because they are busy serving customers. This app saves a lot of headache cause I love food trucks. If this app can add more restaurants to their list they'd be unstoppable
Not able to track your order is not a good thing.
the restaurant did not get my order and they took the payment out of my account, it's a scam ! do not use this app to order or pay.
couldn't complete order. app is very glitchy and wouldn't let me add tip and to exit cart and try again. I was then able to adjust tip but then wasn't able to complete order. I tapped place order 4 times before I gave up and called the order in.
