The app doesn't even open properly. Even after restarting my phone and redownloading the app, it remains on the startup screen with the logo. I gained interest in this app since I workout at Planet Fitness and they have a partnership (plus the raise in gas prices). Im sure I won't have a problem gaining rewards at the pump but it'd be nice to be able to track those rewards and see how to redeem them from my smartphone via app.

I enjoy the program and savings, which add up over time, but the app itself is terrible in telling you how you earned discounts and keeping a good history of such. Good deals pop up often enough and Shell is one of the more reputable in fuel but it's frustrating to not know specifics on your discount earnings and how things drop off so quickly. *edit* Not much has changed. The UI is still bad. The info is bad and they altered the program late last year to add a "Platinum status" which is a scam

It gives me a lot of good savings, especially with T-Mobile Tuesday. But the app keep asking for the location is just crazy. I have few stations near my house I always use. I have NO need to know other stations, nor need to know any specials of that station (most of time, useless). If I deny that, it shows a banner asking for location as well as "Allow tracking". No way. Anybody using this, allow absolutely NO permissions. It still has no problem with your discount.

I used to LOVE using this app to save on gas, but recently, it has stopped tracking my dining rewards. I had an issue and had to recreate my account, and since then, it hasn't tracked any of my linked dining rewards to convert to fuel rewards. This used to work great, but if this can't be fixed, I might as well delete it. I liked the fact that I could eat at some of my favorite places and save money on fuel.

The T-Mobile, T-Life reward didn't work. support told me to uninstall the app, then reinstall the app an hour later. I did that, now I can't even log into the app anymore. Every time I call about applying the code, I get a different story, about why they can't apply the code. Meanwhile, I don't get the benefit of the code half the time I use it. Update, It's still bad.

One for the most unstable apps I have used. Recently I started getting 'system error' pop ups whenever I am doing anything in the app. Only after clicking away 5-6 of these pop-ups, it allows me to do anything on that page. Once I switch to another page, the cycle restarts. Very annoying. My previous experience also had some kind of instability in one form or another.

Been using the FR app for 5 years, but having more problems in the last year with logging in (constant "System Error" problems), then an update last year that said my phone was no longer compatible then worked a month later, but now being told to update and again device not compatible. Had to delete and try to reinstall, but not able to do so. Hopefully this is not another bug that takes the developers weeks to fix, but I can't even download the new version to find out. 4/19/25- after using this app for 2 years, & initially giving it a 5, I'm very disappointed to no longer be able to sign in on the app. I get an error message, no matter what I do. I've done everything I can think of, including emailing & following all those instructions as well. It just won't work. Not wasting my time anymore. Only reason I gave it a 2, is I can still get $.05 off a gallon if I'm at a Shell.

Was useful for keeping track of fuel rewards program as well as finding shell stations and tracking purchases. App stopped working and I had to delete and reinstall. Stopped working again. This time play store tells me that my phone is not compatible with app. It would be nice if there were feedback to indicate that you've made a selection (for example, highlight "yes" when touched).

this used to be a great and easy app. I loved the contactless payment. and then it just stopped working and has not worked for months now. every time I go to fill up, I try again in hopes they've finally fixed it, but nothing yet! I've tried reinstalling the app, changing passwords, etc, sadly it's just another app sent to the graveyard.
