Reviews for Full Code Medical Simulation

← Back to Full Code Medical Simulation

I paid for the subscription, and yet every other case it just crashes on me. Very disappointing, because otherwise it is really good.

Got this app when I was going through EMT school. My mom was recently in the ER for hypovolemia. Based on her troponin and probnp I knew a cardio consult was necessary. Attending had not done so on day 3 of visit (9 total) but we got the ball rolling. I would've had no idea what these values meant if not for this app. Weird review but 5 stars and you get my money too. Well worth it.

I love the critical thinking, judgement and evaluation embedded in this app. it has a wide variety of patients with different ages and is reintroducing me to the ER, I had to practice as I am returning to the ED from floor nursing and this has definitely helped!

Although I'm not in the medical field at all this is really fun to use and learn some new things. But I'd lower the PRO cost a little or at least add some more cases to the Basic version

fun to use, good for refreshing. sadly the pricing model makes it impossible to consider for casual use, more as a fun way to revise when on a medical course

Forced to pay for a subscription to find out the app is garbage. Has not worked for even one case. Glitches and then the app crashes

Great App- just wish it was more affordable. if you don't have a subscription you are stuck to the 3 cases that don't rotate out.

the app was good.. but the game kept glitching out then crashes if i go back to the app my whole scenario(progress) vanishes .... please fix this bug!.

Would really suggest for a pre-med student or a current medical student! It does get challenging especially with timing but it is very fun and resourceful! You will learn a lot.

Amazing app, especially, if you don't have the opportunity to be in a medical setting when you can manage different medical situations. Strongly recommend 👌

The app doesn't even allow me to assist the one daily patient without paying for Pro - which is $12/month ($11.99). If I had known it was only a pay to play game, I wouldn't have downloaded it in the first place.

The simulation is truly good! however, it just crashes mid intervention, which ruins the experience, and it would be better to have more free random cases. not just 1 feee per category.

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP. the paid version keeps crashing, I am not able to complete a full case without it crashing, than I have to close the app and when I come back I lose the progress I've made. it is not worth the money

Fantastic as is, but If the devs manage to add a separate library of player-made scenarios, categorized by specialty/setting and was ranked by player votes, and added the ability to save/favorite these scenarios in a custum library, then this app would explode in popularity.

very usefull app for any student. very helpfull with making decision making second nature and thinking about how patients need to be managed. as a UK paramedic student, once you have worked out the differences in medication names, the app becomes very helpful. i would definately recommend this to any medical student, especially with the new ambulance simualtions

I'm not a doctor, nor have I had any sort of formal medical training. for decades I have been searching for a doctor game like I played in the 90's. you could diagnose patients, and perform surgeries. it was pretty realistic for a game. full code is probably the closest I can find to that game. I try to play, but I fail pretty epicly. I just don't have enough knowledge. I wish you guys would make a game like this for the layman, or make it easier for layman I would totally pay for that.

As a lay person, the four free cases that I was able to complete were thoroughly prepared, with all related medical terminology. There are info buttons to get some information on terminology, but it really helps to look up the details elsewhere and quick before your patient gets worse! Just the right amount of adrenaline in this app. Great for those interested in the medical field and good refresher for medical students. You can make suggestions in-app after each case.

Best app for real world practice. This type of technology changes a lot, even if it just settles nerves without doing a pretend play and being critiqued in front of your peers. This feels just as real. Having the tabs on the side, and having an attending w options to help, only where you need, by adding a few differentials to eliminate the rest. You can consult a specialist. Super fun and Im not even a medical professional but i should have been. Its a hobby... But i could be a good dr.

This is a brilliant app. I'm not a medical student but do love learning about how the human body works, and have found it fascinating and I've learned loads. I've knocked 2 stars off because even though I paid (the cheapest) there are still minimal cases available. This really isn't good enough in a paid app. Only 4 new cases a month? I've cancelled rhe subscription.

The app is awesome. I wish they would release a case a week or more for the price. The one thing I wish is that you wouldn't be penalized for choosing one med over another. For example in the stemi case the patient is in cardiogenic shock. Dopamine is actually the preferred pressor for cardiogenic shock, but the game only gives you credit if you give levophed. It's a small complaint.
