I decided to try a subscription for one camera, immediately decided I didnt want to continue and tried to cancel it. I reached out for support to make sure it was cancelled, only to be ignored. And then another payment was taken. I'm at a loss for what I need to do to get my last payment refunded, let alone getting the subscription cancelled. Funlux support, please contact me.

I'm thrilled with my cameras from Funlux! They were at least five or six years old and are still my go-to cameras. I always check them first over my other newer upgraded cameras with more features. These cameras have lasted for at least 6 years and counting, without one bit of hassle! I cannot say that of my more expensive brand name newer products that are similar.

I have three Funlux cameras and I have been able to get only one of them to connect to my network. Will probably trash all three since I don't want to bounce between apps to get all the camera views. My advice, get a different camera, one that has a better chance than 1out of 3 of connecting.

I am really disappointed with the paid service. Mainly because it takes ages to recall a video from an alert or from timeline and sometimes they never appear you just get the loading circle spinning for minutes independently from your internet speed. Alerts are not that smart. Really not worth the money.

Wow. These upgrades are great (sarcasm). If you want to impress me, how about having your cameras or app recognize the difference between a person and a tree branch blowing in the wind? Maybe that way, I wouldn't get a hundred or so false notifications a day. It was so busy telling me that a branch was blowing or a cat walked through my yard that it missed when a PERSON was actually walking up to my door today.

This app is making me pay for a subscription to see any previous footage, even of 1 day ago. It is not loading from internal storage. I am not paying $4.99 PER CAMERA per month. I have not heard back from customer support with this. We had a package stolen from our mailbox 2 days ago and I cannot go back to see it.

The new version is backward compatible with an old wired system of cameras and recorder made by the same company! And can finally access all 8 cameras streams there! Thank you! But the alerts don't seem to work anymore as I never got any notifications.. That's a major flaw still :(

I'm pretty lazy so I never rate or review things on here but I really like this app it does it's job and it does it good one big pro is that it gives you a free trial and when that's up and over you have two different payment levels as in being able to pay for a full year right then and there and not having to worry about it or do the three month option and if you don't want to / can't pay then no problem because they also have a free version that works just as good (ran out of characters) lol

DO NOT BUY. first month worked fine. not great. but I was very happy. after that the cameras only show a few seconds of live footage and then freeze. only way to get it to work is deleting and reinstalling app. not at all what u qant gor a baby monitor. or may type of security camera. playback when it catches motion is only like ten seconds also. seems that if u purchase in addition to the expensive cameras,..cloud service from them,..then ur product may work better. not buying it. waste of mone

The service is ok, constantly freezing up and jumping forward on recorded video. Had someone break into my vehicles and tried to look at the video and it freezes and jumps forward random times. Video starts with person already in my car. Could not tell which direction they came from. I've been paying for these services and I do expect a better quality of service.

The system is down, cannot connect to cameras they keep saying server error etc. Not acceptable when some of us are paying subscriptions. Update: Cameras good quality the app just sucks in general can barely connect to cameras, video recording? No use for it when it skips every couple of seconds, devices are constantly offline

It's an ok app and a good camera system. When you go to playback or to an event. It does not load you have to go back and touch the option again. Than it takes you to a different time so you have to go back one more time and re open it. Sometimes it freezes and starts working at a different time. If you need help from them they never get back to you and you have to figure it out on your own.EDIT THIS IS ALL JUNK. DO NOT BUY THE CAMERAS

When I first got our camera's....it went fine. But as soon as I switched my WiFi password....I have had the worst time trying to get them working again. I'm not very Tech savvy, but tried googling multiple things... To no luck. It's very frustrating when you have both parents working and a teenager remote learning that pushes all buttons. I tried for hours tonight with no luck. I have to hope for the best tomorrow, because it's too late to buy something now.

Very inexpensive solution for home security on any budget. After updating the cameras four months ago, I can't use the motion detection without getting tons of ghost hits. I have chatted with CS, but it feels like they do not know how to fix my issue. I guess CS is waiting for my warranty to run out. **UPDATE: After almost a year, the camera updates have fixed my issue with ghost hits and are working correctly.

It used to work passably, but now the Wi-Fi connection fails with these devices only. It fails in multiple ways. Sometimes it won't recognize that ZMD_SAP is connected, and sometimes it connects and can't find any Wi-Fi, and won't work manually entered either. I reset all devices, cleared cache, reinstalled app, but it seems these devices are all a waste of money now.

Where do I start? Let's see, they charged me double what they said they were going to charge for my cloud service!!! Charged for a whole year rather than a month so my bank account was overdrawn. Customer service refused to make it right and was very rude. Updated my device software versions and now the notifications aren't working!!! On top of that half the time when there is motion it doesn't register as an alert.

Worst app pairing, is very frustrating, I had to go through the process a half a dozen times and still could not add the camera. I work on computers for a living and thos is by far one of the worst wifi camera setups I have ever done. There needs to be a better way to set up the camera, like through a computer instead of by wifi. I do not recommend!

I really thought there would be a longer record time when motion was detected. It gives me just enough time to see what or who triggered thr device but i cant see what they do after. UPDATE....So....if you add the subscription you have have 24/7 video saved for 7 days which is a great thing. The thing that I don't like is that you have to pay individual subscription for each device. However, yearly discount is good. No multi device discount. Video quality is good and all seems to work fine.

On the phone app I was able to speak into it so my kids could hear me when I'm at work. Now my kids can't hear me almost at all the speak isn't putting out sound to any of my five camera's. Which is super frustrating when it was amazing before. We have unplugged and plugged them back in, reset them, and updated the app and nothing has helped with the speaker's. Other than that huge speaker issue they are great.
