I decided to try a subscription for one camera, immediately decided I didnt want to continue and tried to cancel it. I reached out for support to make sure it was cancelled, only to be ignored. And then another payment was taken. I'm at a loss for what I need to do to get my last payment refunded, let alone getting the subscription cancelled. Funlux support, please contact me.

I'm thrilled with my cameras from Funlux! They were at least five or six years old and are still my go-to cameras. I always check them first over my other newer upgraded cameras with more features. These cameras have lasted for at least 6 years and counting, without one bit of hassle! I cannot say that of my more expensive brand name newer products that are similar.
I have three Funlux cameras and I have been able to get only one of them to connect to my network. Will probably trash all three since I don't want to bounce between apps to get all the camera views. My advice, get a different camera, one that has a better chance than 1out of 3 of connecting.
I am really disappointed with the paid service. Mainly because it takes ages to recall a video from an alert or from timeline and sometimes they never appear you just get the loading circle spinning for minutes independently from your internet speed. Alerts are not that smart. Really not worth the money.
Wow. These upgrades are great (sarcasm). If you want to impress me, how about having your cameras or app recognize the difference between a person and a tree branch blowing in the wind? Maybe that way, I wouldn't get a hundred or so false notifications a day. It was so busy telling me that a branch was blowing or a cat walked through my yard that it missed when a PERSON was actually walking up to my door today.
This app is making me pay for a subscription to see any previous footage, even of 1 day ago. It is not loading from internal storage. I am not paying $4.99 PER CAMERA per month. I have not heard back from customer support with this. We had a package stolen from our mailbox 2 days ago and I cannot go back to see it.
The new version is backward compatible with an old wired system of cameras and recorder made by the same company! And can finally access all 8 cameras streams there! Thank you! But the alerts don't seem to work anymore as I never got any notifications.. That's a major flaw still :(
I'm pretty lazy so I never rate or review things on here but I really like this app it does it's job and it does it good one big pro is that it gives you a free trial and when that's up and over you have two different payment levels as in being able to pay for a full year right then and there and not having to worry about it or do the three month option and if you don't want to / can't pay then no problem because they also have a free version that works just as good (ran out of characters) lol
DO NOT BUY. first month worked fine. not great. but I was very happy. after that the cameras only show a few seconds of live footage and then freeze. only way to get it to work is deleting and reinstalling app. not at all what u qant gor a baby monitor. or may type of security camera. playback when it catches motion is only like ten seconds also. seems that if u purchase in addition to the expensive cameras,..cloud service from them,..then ur product may work better. not buying it. waste of mone
The service is ok, constantly freezing up and jumping forward on recorded video. Had someone break into my vehicles and tried to look at the video and it freezes and jumps forward random times. Video starts with person already in my car. Could not tell which direction they came from. I've been paying for these services and I do expect a better quality of service.
