It is the worst app I have ever seen fraudulently cheating people of their money. My card details are saved without permission and subscription amount deducted from my card without authentication and when I am trying to cancel my subscription the app is getting stuck at the last step. It is like they will give you an option to subscribe but they won't give you an option to unsubscribe. If there is any negative rating I would like to give -5.

I literally feel my gaana subscription is useless, I would rather use Spotify, Gaana has so many songs that's missing on the platform. The famous movie album - Rangasthalam (Telugu) is freaking missing from the app. Just because I thought you guys will get it sooner on the app, I waited but my patience is gone now. I have already sent an email to your useless BOT, so don't ask me to change my rating. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO GAANA GUYS.....

The app is super erratic.1. Playlists names aren't ever visible. I keep changing. 2. The playlist, even after being set in an order automatically reverts to its initial state. 3. The song queues play on shuffle mode without selecting so. 4. There is no sync between PC and phone despite login. On Spotify, things sync in real time. You can also switch devices. 5. Saved songs don't play when the internet is down. You have to go and turn offline mode in settings. What's the point of membership then?

Editing Playlist is terrible. I can't add or rearrange more than 1 song at time. When I open the app, many times the song that is displayed at the bottom is not the one that is playing currently. When songs are playing on the app & then I come back to the app, it kills itself and restarts every other time. There are Bluetooth, cast issues as well.. Shuffle option works terribly. I can't shuffle songs within the Playlist I have created. It plays the next song which is not even in my Playlist.

The recent update is really disappointing. Even though I’ve downloaded songs, the app keeps streaming them online whenever my internet is on. This completely defeats the purpose of offline downloads. If the network is weak, the songs keep buffering, which is extremely irritating—especially while traveling. Fix this issue so that downloaded songs play directly from offline storage without depending on internet connectivity.

I am highly disappointed with the Gaana app. They have been deducting money from my account for the last two years as subscription charges without my consent. I was not even aware that it was set on auto-pay, and there was no clear intimation or reminder about these deductions. This is very misleading and unfair to customers. Please check your payment settings carefully if you are using this app.

useless and worst app.. i've come across for 2 month they have given free trial at cost of 1 rupee.... but before it ends without our knowledge they have automatically taken our subscription amount.... i mailed them so many time not even a single mail i got from their end... soo please i request all the users not to use this app ... better go for saavan or wynk music.

This team has been deducting monthly subscriptions twice or thrice from my account and still not allowing me to use the application. Also sent an email to them with my complaint still no one is bothered to respond or resolve this issue. Seriously pathetic application and customer service, Wynk was way better than this.

Fraudsters, Cheaters. Tricked me into taking an additional subscription last year stating that my original subscription didn't go through and as soon as I paid for the second subscription, they debited my account again. Tried reaching out to them over email but no response. Worst part is when I'm trying to cancel one subscription, it is giving error again and again. Just now allowing me to cancel. THUGS OF ANOTHER LEVEL. SHAMEFUL. PATHETIC! Email already sent on Sep 10th - NO ACTION YET

Worst app I've ever come across. For 1 months they let you use a free trial for just Rs 1. But before the trial ends, they won't message or mail you about their automatic payment. They' directly charge you the 1 year amount. And if you search at their homepage, they say that you can get a refund if you provide proper details about the transactions and mail them about it. But when you mail them about the same, they'l say that you cannot get a refund and you should just enjoy your 1year.
