Edit: GagaOOLala Team has refunded my payment. It looks like Google Play didn't transfer my subscription to the Gaga system properly, I don't know why though because I've used Google Play a lot for payments and subs before and almost no problem. But thank you, Gaga, for your response to this issue. 🙏🏻 I do hope you will improve. [Issue: Paid for VIP, but account hasn't been upgraded. Tried to resolve issue through app and contacted customer service via email, but no response.]

yeah, look. this is really one of the worst video players I've ever seen with my own two eyes. horrible UI. has good enough content, but once the one show is done, can't say I'll stay on this app.

I didn't got access to the content after purchasing VIP subscription... not the support in app is open.. I don't where to go to solve the query.. very poor service.. It wasted my money and even don't able to watch movie.. even there is no way to get refunded.. hope to get answer for the same n upgrade the quality of plateform.. cause there are many drama I wanted to watch.. if after paying you got advertisement and not able to watch it's waste of time and money.😭💔👎please be helpful

I have had the app for 1-2 years and had no problems until about 1 month ago when the app disappeared from Google play store and was not able to pull anything i had to delete app. then it appeared back in Google play i re-download and wasn't able to sign in. I may be done completely with the app if they don't fix the issues soon.

Horrible streaming. The app is very slow. It turns off your subtitles every episode and the continue watching just brings you back to episode 1. You have to go back to whatever episode you stopped on the get it to play where you left off. The skip back/ahead doesn't work very well. The content is great, but the app makes watching annoying.

I've had a gagaoolala subscription for over a year now and up until now I haven't had any issues, a couple weeks ago the roku app became pretty much unusable; stopped loading shows and just gave an error message and the ones that would load wouldn't have working subs. Now the mobile app and then website are both unusable as well. the website constantly logs me off and/or completely freezes my computer and the app has the same issues as the roku version. This whole service has became a buggy mess

I’m back with an updated review after using the app for a few more days. The series I couldn’t find earlier were actually unavailable in my country due to regional restrictions. Overall, the app works well, and I’m enjoying my favourite shows. A few suggestions: the forward/backward controls could be more user-friendly, and it would be great to have a watch history feature. I often lose track of which episode I was on after a break, so it’d help if the app resumed episode from where I left off.

the app has some serious issues; 1. it freezes often. 2Glitchy subtitles 3Advertise despite being vip. 4. when you are streaming on chrome; if you by any chance swap app, phone locks itself or simply you don't have app open all times, the streaming pauses. It's really well..lacking to put it polite

It's a VERY NICE APP SOMEWHAT. but for people who are not VIP, we can hardly watch anything.. and I get that they have to get their money. But I think they should give people without VIP a little bit more/better options. You also said the app was "free" when we still have to pay. Stop click baiting. 🗿 This app is not free it's a 7.99 susperction per month. Then the things that are free we still have to pay for. Give the people who r not VIP a little more leeway.
