Reviews for Gametime - Last Minute Tickets

Easy to use but the fees are deceptive. You see a ticket for 50 bucks and after fees it's almost 70. I would appreciate the cost to show all the fees included from the start. The user interface is well done, very easy to navigate. But this app markets itself as cheaper than others, but I don't see much difference between the prices on this app and elsewhere.

This app seems designed to separate you from your money as quickly as possible. My first purchase was two tickets that ended up being wildly overpriced compared to the venue website. After an unreasonable amount of back and forth with customer support, I received the difference -- in app credit, of course. Customer service was quick to charge my card and then literally mocked me when I told them I wasn't getting the service I expected. There's more, but I'm out of space. Beware.

Horrible experience. 30 minutes before the game we get an email saying that they "ran into a little problem" with the seller. Tickets could not be transferred. We had already made the trip to the arena. They offered a refund or credit with 10% extra. So we spent $170 on tickets (48% fees from price shown in app!) and 30min before the event they offered 17$ in credit for us being empty handed for the event. What a joke lol

Never gave me the option to share tickets. Under "view tickets" you're supposed to be able to "share" but that option wasn't anywhere in the app. I asked support for help and they said "I don't know." So every time my friends wanted to get up I had to go with them. Prices were good but not allowing screenshots made everything extremely tedious and difficult.

This is an update to my last review. I made it 5 stars again. Found exactly what I was looking for. Now only one thing bothered me and that's the payment step. The camera option doesn't work and when I was typing my card information manually, it kept skipping the last 4 digits of my card and dropped down to the exp. Date entry. Was annoying but I entered the exp. Date info then went back up to the card number and had no more problems. Other than that, the prices were great! I saved $30 in fees!

My rating is only for the app. The Gametime service is useful, but I have to use a browser. The app will not allow me to enter a credit card. It rejects all of mine. The app will not let me checkout, even if I plan to use PayPal or GPay. Instead, it puts the credit card entry screen up, and I cannot get past it. If I close it, the app reopens it immediately. I switched to the website, because the app is useless. Support for the app was also useless, telling me it was my connection.

Haven't attended my concert yet (it's not until Oct), but after Ticketmaster sold out within literal minutes of the sale to the General Public going live, Gametime made it easy to purchase tickets to a sold out show. Scalpers absolutely suck, but Gametime's prices were slightly less than other resale apps/sites and I really like the all inclusive pricing being listed upfront.

Gametime is an amazing app for buying last-minute tickets to sports, concerts, and theater events. It's user-friendly, shows panoramic seat views so you can see your view before buying your ticket, AND has transparent pricing with NO HIDDEN FEES. I love how easy it is to get affordable tickets even hours before an event. I would definitely recommend Gametime for anyone looking for a quick, reliable way to grab event tickets!!

This app has been an absolute life saver when it comes to buying tickets. Being able to see the location of the seats and the stage is awesome and puts into perspective the best angles. I got deftone nosebleed seats for 200 (3 ppl), and the view was great. Also bought tickets for amyl and the sniffers and also had some of the lowest prices I've seen. This has been the first time I've been to concerts, so it's definitely made the process way easier compared to ticket master. Definitely get it!!!

SCAM! I ordered a ticket for a concert months in advance. Didn't get the ticket until 2 weeks before the show, it was more expensive than other sites. I was unable to pull up the ticket on my account through the app which the site forces you to do on mobile. The work around was download it on my desktop then send to my device. Worst of all, when I got to the show I was told the ticket was already scanned! I will NEVER use this service (if you can even call it that) again nor recommend it.

For the past 3 weeks I have been buying my Yankee tickets from Time . it was easy . I didn't have to buy two tickets. I like to go alone , so I was able to buy 1. It was soo easy . The price it said , was the price I paid. I had my tickets well enough ahead of time before the game. Thank you. Game Time sellers. My ticket arrived in my email, I showed it at the gate and had a wonderful time. Thank you sellers i have enjoyed going to the games 4 such an affordable price. Really so simple.

Gametime was promoted to me when it was first starting out and I've used it ever since. Great low risk platform to use for buying/selling tickets quickly and easily. They've always been up front about fees. The features are seamless and easy to use, like the ability to see the view from your seat or use the map for an overview of prices.

What started as a five-star experience quickly turned into a huge headache. I never received my ticket via email—even after waiting over five hours—so I had no choice but to purchase a new one. I requested a refund but was told to fill out a form. After doing that, I waited two weeks without any update or response. It wasn’t until I filed a claim through PayPal that I finally got my money back. Extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend using Gametime.

You can get resale tickets from here. They have a final sale policy though, so if anything goes wrong just to bad. I bought three rangers tickets, the transaction did not go through, so I'm closed everything out and try it again. The next day they charged me double, and when I DISPUTED it THEY said final sale sorry for the inconvenience, and they just kept the extra $168. Their markups can also be 50% or higher. for example my parking was $40 plus taxes inconvenience charges, there $20...I tried

If you really need to save a couple of dollars on ticket fees, this app may help, but be prepared for hurdles to save the money. Gametime doesn't actually provide any ticketing services, and you'll still need to access them through Ticketmaster or a similar to service after buying them here. My experience has been that I will receive communication saying that I have been emailed the link to access my tickets, but when I don't, they won't help me until the day of the event to resolve it.

We purchased tickets for Deftones a couple weekends ago and on the way there they were cancelled after we received a text that they were still processing and theyd be on the way. The next cheapest tickets cost us $110 each, and after already sitting with support for hours I got ten dollars in credit. they commented on this review telling me to call so they could make it right just for them to tell me the $10 credit I already got was all they could do. I was on hold 25 minutes, waste of time

Gametime (if that’s what “Sametime ticket app” was) is a solid option if you’re looking for convenience and last-minute ticketing, especially for casual events. It shines when everything goes right: fast checkout, fair pricing, seat previews, and mobile delivery. But it carries extra risk compared to primary sellers—the possibility of delivery glitches or substitutions makes it less reliable for “must-attend” events.

Getting my tickets was really fast and easy, and I have no problems! I like that there's an option that shows you the pricing of the tickets, including the fees, so that you know how much they are charging you in full! its also the app o used to get my first tickets ever for a concert which was an amazing and definitely memorable experience for me! and to buy my tickets from here again for my 2nd ever concert means a lot! :)

Awful app and worse customer service. They don't actually follow through on any of their "guarantees" and you'll be lucky to get any tickets you already paid for before the event. They'll change the delivery date any time you try to get assistance, and refuse to price match even though it's their biggest advertisement. Don't waste your time or money with this freaking app.

Bought tickets and paid for them. Money was taken from my account. Was notified a few hours later that I couldn't have them anymore due to a problem with the seller. I was offered tickets "at no extra cost" that were worse and 14 rows back. Magically seats in my row and section appeared at a much higher price. Customer service did everything they could to ensure I will not use gametime ever again. Don't use gametime. Any other ticket service is more trustworthy.
