Been using Garmin Explore™ for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you pair your phone with a Garmin device for off-grid navigation and trip planning. Pretty solid app if you’re into outdoor adventures and exploring new places.
Here’s what you can do: you can download maps for offline use, track your routes and activities, and share data with friends. And there’s also a trip planning feature which is pretty cool. And you can get notifications on your Garmin device – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re an outdoor enthusiast who likes to get off the grid, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the battery drain can be an issue if you’re using GPS a lot – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want a solid navigation companion for your adventures.

So here's my take on Garmin Explore™. I've tested a bunch of navigation and outdoor apps, and this one's pretty solid. The ability to pair it with your Garmin device and use offline maps is super handy. And the UI is clean and easy to use. Not gonna lie, the battery drain can be annoying, but that's the tradeoff for having GPS running in the background. Overall, it's a great companion app if you're an adventurous type who likes to explore new places.
