Reviews for Geeky Medics - OSCE revision

The best app ever. Comes in handy with necessary information on history taking, examination, emergencies with relevant examples and pictures to enable retention of information. What more can I ask of the developer than to recommend to every medic?

It has loads of great information on physical health but practically nothing for mental health, which is a shame because the app is really good. I can't give it a higher score because it's quite expensive, and not particularly useful for my field.

Very good app and well summarised examinations. It does cost money, but this is not a reason to give it a bad review. The full resources are available on their website anyways, but this app is a good summary. Their price is fairly reasonable and you get what you pay for!

Hey , amazing app , really helpful. Just wanted to know I have paid for the app and it works great on my phone ( Android ) is there anyway I can use it on my iPad as well . At present it warrants to fresh subscription. Kindly update. Thanks.

Really good app and the content is professional and well structured. I had hoped the flash cards and quiz would also be built into the app but its just a link to the website and the app purchase doesn't cover these.

Hi geeky medics team. Great app and really easy to use. Just a recommendation: can you please add a feedback option to signal bugs or suggestions for improvement? Would be great and really helpful to make the app even better. Please add a falls section as this is very common and commonly examined. Thanks

new review: these folks have put in a lot of work for the benefit of others. coming from a place of lousy teaching, i appreciate those that seek to educate others well. old gripe: Can't play videos same time as reading the script. So what's the point of the app then since its free online. Automatic 5 stars if they fix it.

Speech to text fails after 4 or 5 sentences. No AI based marking on app-works fine on web browser on mobile. History points are pretty generic sometimes. Socrates doesn't fit into all HOPC. Love geekymedics, but app needs more work.

I have subscribed the app in my android device but i couldn't access them in iOS devices. Update: Thank you for the concern and immediate actions that you've taken. My issue was cleared however making it a single subscription accross the platform might be helpful in future... The contents are great though 👍, there are ton of bugs like no full screen access, dark theme, scroll down glitches, few missing video explainations in procedure section expected to be fixed. Must use app for all medics.

I love the way this app is designed and the information is very helpful. I would just like to query if it would be possible to simply do a once off package of just the physical examinations in the future. I feel like this is something that a lot of people would like. While this is not expensive in any way. It can be difficult for a student such as myself. I don't think people would mind even having to watch a video or something before seeing the information.

I really like this app but I purchased it on my android phone. I thought I should be able to download it on my IPad as well, to access it on a wider screen. It seems that as it doesn't ask for a login it doesn't recognise that I have already paid. Am I missing something?? I want to be able to open my purchased app on another device! Its the right thing to do.

Hi. The app has been very helpful. However, I have recently been unable to open videos on my phone. I am fully subscribed. Videos open when using the app on my tablet but won't open with phone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Please fix this.

My experience is not so good. Support team is very irresponsive. They claim that they have 1300 osce practice stations but even after payment i have access to only 15 to 20 station. App has very glitches. Progress Calculator section does't appear in app. Inshort i am diappointed.

Very good app, did not have to purchase since most of what I wanted for my OSCE was on youtube but felt do greatful to the developers thought I would support. It's very handy to have but at £9.99 per year won't renew. Don't use it often enough to justify paying a subscription.

The app looks promising enough..However, I'm thinking you should let people wet their beak just a little bit more with content....and then, try to get the 14 dollars out of them per year. It basically lets you do absolutely nothing for free. Which just irritates the end user enough to not want to buy.... Just my humble opinion. it does look like it's going to be/or is a nice app!

even after paying, it's showing only free sessions, others not unlocked. and all stations not visible

Slightly misleading - most of the content is locked unless you pay for it. Wouldn't mind if it was advertised as a paid app rather than a free one with in app purchases. May as well just say it as is, love the online geeky medic stuff and I'm sure the paid content in the app is great, but just advertise it as a paid app in the first place. This is essentially just a demo version of the full paid thing.

I would have rated 5, but the app keeps asking me for username and password. I give it and then it says it's not valid. Though I had signed in with that the previous day. Then I have to register again.

Great app that brings all the content together for easy referencing. Error reporting: Just recently the videos are not loading. "An error occured while initialising the YouTube player." Seems to affect every video, and reinstalling didn't fix. Not sure if you are already aware. Looking forward to the future content. Keep up the great work.

Very Grateful For Your Swift Response, I Appreciate It. Hope You Guys Fix The Issue Off Logging Out Automatically Gets Resolved Soon. Content Offered In The App Is Awesome As Always. Will Rate 5 Stars As Soon As The Issue Is Resolved.
