You must purchase credits in increment of 10 @ $0.99 each credit. The charge to send or recieve is $0.99 per page. Nothing in life is free, so at the per page price I may as well go to a local retailer and watch my pages feed through the fax machine and get a confirmation before I leave.

This app works great. I'd prefer to pay a one time fee but you can buy 50 pages for 20 bucks and most people don't need to fax that often, 50 pages for me would probably be enough for the next 6 years at least no exaggeration. Easy to use. Works great with genius scan which is another great app by the way for scanning documents. You can export your scans straight to this app. This will be my go to faxing app from here on out.

One must open an account to find cost is $0.99US per page for small users! The Privacy Policy says, "You can also have your account (and faxes) deleted permanently by closing your account in the Settings page of the Web application." No, one must sign into the account, go to 'Edit account' and choose 'Delete' at the bottom of the page. Took me 45 minutes to find it. Looks kinda shady. This app might be great for a volume user, but is such a user going to do so from a cellphone or tablet?

Simple, quick and easy to use. Well worth the $0.99 per page for the convenience of scanning a page and immediately faxing it. You can scan a new document, or choose one already on your device. The app gives confirmation that the fax was successfully sent as well. I will use this again for sure!

Annoying. I was enjoying this app until a bug caused 3 PAID credits to disappear. I was drafting a 3 pg fax & decided not to send it-- so I cleared out all of the fields & backed out of the app which caused the app to crash. When I relaunched, the draft was gone as were my 3 credits. 😤 The fax was NEVER sent. Note to users, be very careful with this buggy & unstable app. If it crashes while you're drafting a fax or you decide to delete a draft, YOU WILL LOSE THOSE CREDITS regardless. SCAMMY.

I'm giving this a 3 star only because of pricing, if it was a little cheaper like 25 or 50 cents a page like a $1 for 4 pages I would absolutely give this a 5 star rating as so far it seems to be super convenient and is much easier for me to scan my documents through genius scan and fax directly from my phone with as little faxing as I have to do, it is a lot easier to fax from home with my wifi than to chase down a fax machine. I did get a confirmation report so I'm assuming the fax completed.

This app works best in conjunction with Genius Scan; however, it does not require it. This is an incredible app. I've used it for small business and personal use. It allows you to send faxes w/o having a fax line installed. Also, as a small business type I love that I can set up a fax number that goes to my cell phone to receive faxes. It was very simple and I truly enjoyed it, although I cancelled later due to lack of use. Highly recommend both this and Genius Scan!!

Do NOT waste your time or money on this app. Its a rip off. You have to buy credits to send faxes that don't go anywhere...I don't think. I paid for 10 credits as i had 2 pages to send & used 2 of the credits to send an important work compo document to my case worker & he never received it but I received notification that it sent properly. I paid $8 for no reason other than to line the developers wallets.

It cost money, which I paid more then once. It said it sent the fax, yet it did not send. Not once. Finally after paying this app to send my fax I drove to the ups store and paid them, less money. They only sent the same fax once with same fax number and it went through no problem. So lesson... Do not pay money to this app it does not work!

I had important urgent matters to attend & needed a fax, and fast! Our closest fax service is 30 minutes & my car is acting up. I downloaded Genius Fax hoping the app would Save. The. Day. It darn well did! Outstanding app. Great price & convenient google play payment option. I don't have to waste gas, waste time & stand in lines. I received a confirmation receipt immediately showing my fax & the apps FREE cover sheet went through with recipients info. Very pleased with ease of use.

Really great EXCEPT the cost for credits. There should be a one time lifetime unlimited pafe charge... and if you purchased a fax machine. The "credits" model makes it too expensive in the long run for the few times needed. Otherwise 5 stars as it works nicely and very well with geniuscan.

It works. I appreciate being able to buy a few credits to send an occasional fax. I don't have a land line. The other app wants subscription or more commitment. I like that the credits never expire. I rarely need to fax, but when I do it's usually an emergency. This works well for me.

Deceptive, not giving all details upfront on costs. First was purchase page credits, I was fine with this, as it said they never expire! But, after purchase, next screen requires a fax number purchase, which is $3.99 for one month, or a 3 month or 6 month option! Feel the total price should be upfront, not baiting you for cheap page costs when you have an additional high cost expiring fax number purchase!

Scanning on the go from my phone. I love this app! Being able to create a pdf no matter where I am (as long as I have my phone) is such a convenient thing! I have use this app both for work and personally for 4+ years. While I have experienced a hiccup here and there where I scanned something and then couldn't find it - it was probably due to human error. The app moves and operates as it should 99% of the time.

Very disappointing. Fax errors out when I try to send, says I need a receiving fax number, which is an additional $3.99 for one month. Only allows you to fax one page at a time, so if you have a 3 page document you have to do 3 separate faxes. Then I had to buy credits, I paid $6.99 for 10 pages of credits, yes .69 cents per page. The video tutorial was so small I could not see what was being done, I was unable to enlarge it, and no sound. Very disappointed and wasted $6.99.

I was looking for a fax service for my phone. I don't use faxing very often and was little hesitant because there was no description of the cost on the apps page. And they said that the price was very low. When I logged in I saw the price was 99 cents per page, which I thought was a lot, but realized that was still cheaper than many of the other apps I was looking at. I ended up getting 10 pages at $6.99. I like that the credits don't expire.

I live this app and the layout. Very easy to use. However, there is one major flaw that I dislike.. Its very expensive to get credits to fax pages. The only way to gain those credits is to buy them and you do not get many credits for the cost. It would he terrific if we could earn credits by watching videos like alot of the other fax apps do.

Could be more affordable, as staples is like .10 per page via fax...but honestly you cannot beat the convenience especially during the times of COVID-19. I give it a four because it really is an excellent tool, but again .99 per page really isn't necessary especially when you cannot pay per page, and only have the option to purchase 1 credit, 6 credits, and 10 credits (I believe) towards your faxed pages. I faxed over 1 page but under six, im left with thee credits that I may never use.

I really like the ease of use for this app and appreciate the free cover page. Additionally the pages aren't totally ridiculously priced to prepurchase. You can pay for them with your Google account balance. I've only use it once or twice a year to send pages and have had good experiences each time. I have not subscribed for my own fax number to be able to receive faxes, so I cannot speak to that. If that needs arises, this app will be my go to appt on try first.

Simply doesn't allow the user to fax multiple documents in one go: pretty simple way to create an unnecessarily frustrating experience. Additionally, when creating a new fax, the user cannot change the document once selected (only able to view the selected file), user must exit and restart process in order to change the file being faxed. Could be better with these fixes.
