I’ve been using Geotab Drive for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you manage your commercial vehicle fleet and make sure you’re meeting all the compliance rules. There’s an ELD (electronic logging device) to track driver hours, inspections, vehicle diagnostics, all that good stuff.
Here’s what you can do – you can easily log your hours of service, do pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and identify drivers. And it’s got a user-friendly dashboard that makes it simple to stay on top of everything. And the automatic duty status changes are a nice touch, takes the hassle out of logging your hours.
Look, if you’re running a commercial fleet, you’ll probably get a lot of use out of this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times and the alerts for violations can be annoying. But overall it does the job and makes compliance a whole lot easier. Worth checking out for sure.
