The app quit working. Said there was no connection to internet, and that I was 3 hours away from where I actually was. Yet it said I was in 2 different places at same time. I could not get it to change anything. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Its even worse now. I cannot e-mail my logs as it says that the add-on can't be loaded and I have to talk to administrator. It now constantly flashes across my screen, that request was denied for security...

Horrible, goes into onduty status as you're driving down the hiway. Constantly disconnecting from the vehicle. Then as your sitting in the vehicle, off duty, it will say vehicle is out of range. And the only solution they come up with...disconnect the transponder box and delete the app. Re-connect after an hour or so, and download the app again. I was using geotab, I bought something not requiring elogs for the past 3 years, now back using geotab. Same problems, they haven't fixed a thing.

Very user unfriendly and difficult. I have many problems: 1) the "END DAY" button doesn't END DAY!! 2) it doesnt have a confirm on duty feature. I went on a 2 week vacation and did not log off, so instead of taking me off duty at some point it left me on for two weeks straight which is stupid. it's impossible to work 2 weeks straight. After 24 hours it should ask "are you still on duty?" 3) It is stupid you cannot switch status while moving. If I am even sitting as passenger in a vehicle.

Our company has been using this app since E-logs have become mandatory. Never had any issues with it, excellent app. I do wish they they reported total onduty and driving time from the start of a trip to the end of a trip. It would make it a lot easier to figure out my meal allowances for tax purposes here in Canada.

It keeps sending upcoming violation notifications for absolutely no reason. It doesn't read the situations on it's own other than start driving when you do. You must keep dictating to it, even the smallest things. As if you need to hire someone to operate it for you while you are busy with other trucking operations.

Much better than JJKeller (good riddance). Just one problem...Common passwords not allowed?? This isn't my bank or access to medical records, it's an ELD! I honestly don't understand the need for a password at all, but if I have to use one, I should be able to use one that is simple and easy to remember. Nobody is going to be trying to crack my ELD app!

selected person conveyance and had to stop and shut truck off for a minute. when I started the truck again, the prompt to stay in PC popped up. I tapped yes, started driving, and it changed to drive. constantly stop for a few minutes and get logged out also.

No longer able to log in using Samsung android phone. I am Told I entered the wrong password or user name. However when I use the exact same password and username on Samsung tablet in truck it logs me in right away. Why?? It worked until a few days ago. After 2 days of not being able to log in the same " wrong username or password" suddenly works. It's a great app other than the occasional login glitch.

App does not allow for split breaks and also will randomly put you on duty or driving when you haven't moved or done anything in hours and then claims you can't edit the on duty time because it's an automatic log which is total BS also rarely logs the correct amount of mileage sometimes it's off by as much as 400+ miles!!!!!

We installed geotab into 30 units so far. Very user unfriendly. Logs you in and out randomly, constantly have HOS violations even if we aren't working because of it. Constantly editing in the office. Why can't you edit in the app? The DOT can see all the changes anyway. We need to be able to turn off the automatic status changes. Really annoying! Thinking of switching back to keep trucking if this isn't resolved. Like the app other than the auto status changing from off duty to on duty.
