Been using GeoWiz HOS4Ag (GPS) for a couple months now. It’s basically an electronic logbook app that uses GPS to automatically fill out your hours of service. Pretty solid app if you’re a truck driver who needs to track your logs but doesn’t have an engine connection.
Here’s what you do: you can log your on-duty, off-duty, and driving hours right in the app. And there’s also a feature that reconciles your exempt driving time, which is super helpful for not having to explain it to inspectors. And the app automatically starts recording your hours as soon as you start driving – takes the hassle out of it.
Look, if you’re a trucker who needs to keep track of your logs but don’t have an ELD, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job and keeps you compliant. Worth checking out for sure.

So here's my take on GeoWiz HOS4Ag (GPS). I've tested a bunch of logbook apps and this one's pretty solid. The automatic GPS tracking and exempt time reconciliation are really handy features that save you a ton of hassle. And the interface could be a bit more intuitive, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too bad. Compared to other options, I'd say this is one of the better choices if you need a digital logbook without an ELD. Not perfect, but gets the job done reliably.

This is an easier way to run my agriculture exemption than I would normally I just pick a spot and it does the radius for me.
Great app for ag. Glad somebody finally took all truckers into account. Not just general use.
