horrible impression for a new customer!! I followed the steps to register. Was offered a $50 cash advance and had to spend half of it in merchandise in the store. The app gave me the option to select instant cash advance for the remaining (within 30 mins) OR 1 day deposit. This selection was shaded out, and I was not able to click on it. It shows the order with no problem!! I feel this is an " on purpose issue"

Update: finally received my package after almost 3 weeks, although I did not appreciate the customer service (to me) implying that I may have been lying about not receiving my order. My view on this app is still the same and have already closed my account and uninstalled it. I would leave -10 stars if I could. This has been one of the most horrible customer service experiences I have ever had. DO NOT ORDER from GERALD!! Besides overcharging for items you can purchase cheaper on Amazon, they have been gaslighting me about an order that should have been delivered a month ago, without providing either a replacement shipment or a refund. A complete waste of time, very dissatisfied.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. It's just another app to link you to sites paying you next to nothing for survey and playing games that set unrealistic goals to achieve the value they advertise. My bank is established with weekly direct deposits and their system couldn't pick up on consistent deposits for the last three months. It literally would be impossible to miss.
The concept of this app is amazing. However, the reality of it is FAR OFF THE MARK. First and foremost you guys need to get an actual partnership with Amazon/Prime or you need to stop. Why are we paying you marked up prices PLUS shipping for Amazon items like I'm not ALREADY A PRIME MEMBER? Then after buying these ridiculouly priced items where you have to spend over $23 to unlock to the initial payout that isn't even a full $ 20, It feels more like a slap in the face. So do better or just stop.
Do not use this company! They'll give ya a cash advance after you make a purchase through them and then the product or products you order doesn't come on time as specified. And the cash advance you get from them is around 25% of the total. The other 75% of the total goes towards whatever products they want you to buy in order to "qualify" for the advance. Worst cash advance company I've used by far. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Not impressed at all!
This app offers products that can not fulfill it. They have a terrible policy beware. They do not refund your money, even when it's their error or if it was a mistake, they offer you a advance wish is a scam to began, they make you buy products from their store, using your advance and you can send the rest t9 your bank, but all this is all a lie and its all a scam, whe you actually buy something using their fake advance, they straight charge it from your account and not the advance they offer.
Complete lack of communication, no notifications about your order being delivered, or even being on its way. You have to spend a lot to get a little, the price of shipping is ridiculous! Also orders take forever to be delivered, I've been waiting 2 weeks on a package. This is a very frustrating app to use
This is not a good app or company if you're just looking for a cash advance. I had to purchase items through their store which I didn't mind, it was stuff I needed. Only to be waiting weeks for my order that I paid for in advance and NEVER RECEIVED YET and don't know when I will receive my items, that they mentioned were available but NOT NOT AVAILABLE. ALSO, they have a non-refundable policy.... BE CAREFUL and maybe just go to Tilt, instead for a cash advance.
I paid for an item I never recieved. they never issued a shipping notice or tracking number. I was told the item should have been delivered but they will look into the issue and update as soon as possible. 4 days later no new information on the status of the undelivered item, they just keep lying saying they will notify someone and update you. I just want a refund at this point.
