They should tell you it's a subscription service before you download

Please refund. Useless to me -was misled. What good is an app that cannot be used at work, because you have to be ONLINE and signin to use it? I PAID the subscription but CANNOT use the app. Will you refund the amount paid? You can see I've not used it. ALTERNATIVELY please give me OFFLINE access for the year I paid, and don't hold me hostage.

The app keeps shutting every five minutes. I have discontinued my subscription of this app within the week's trial period. I hope it still doesnt charge me based on it has failed fo follow every single instruction/request of mine upto now. I have used the book and loved it but was quite disappointed and frustrated with the app. Please refund my money if for any reason it was past midnight while I was trying to figure out how to discontinue it.

Awesome content, but is not user friendly. Too many clicking needed. Too hard to do a proper, should make it easier to access. Search function is isolated. Poor user experience.

I still have subscription left..this app has just crashed on me and wont open Garbage.

Seems to be a very useful app but there are certain symbols within tables that I'd love a legend for. I thought maybe they'll be in the abbreviations list but that page would not scroll. Would appreciate some guidance on this. Feel like I'm not getting my money's worth.
