No connection today. App Did not work. Toggled between contact selection and never initiates a visit. Very frustrating...had two different devices ready, seems like many different apps, programs, called help 3 times just to get that far. Very disappointed. Tried again and it has worked best with data, not wifi, and it was great. What a blessing.

I pay for unlimited data, I have a brand new phone, but for some reason this app has never worked at all for video visits unless I was connected to high speed WiFi. I'm always charged for calls that are just black screen and no sound. I've spent more money on failed calls than actually getting to talk to my loved ones. The app developer is cashing in on the fact they are the only one as of now offering video visits in the correctional system. They never fix the problems though. Very disappointed
More than once I've opened the app to a blank screen. Keeping a family in touch is next to impossible when a loved one is locked up. This app, along with the text messaging app, along with paying for phone calls, along with paying for commissary, along with paying for gas to visit our loved ones, etc...the jail/prison systems are making PLENTY of money. DEFINITELY enough money to be able to have the apps and phones working properly. You all are making a FORTUNE, WHERE THE HELL IS IT GOING?!?!?!
This app is great when it flipping works! It freezes, it says you have a scheduled visit already, or says it's busy when you know it's not!! If you're going to do an app like this ensure it works so people don't get there hopes up for nothing! I've uninstalled re-installed rebooted my phone this is crazy! Customer service is a joke! They know nothing about it!
Audio just didn't work 😕 tried hooking up ear phones, ear buds and no sound, heard alot of noise but not their voice. Tried putting or figuring out how to put it on speaker mode, but there's no option to do so. And then not even 5 mins into the call to try to figure out the whole sound, call drops. I'm very disappointed because I haven't seen my dad in 2 years and I can't drive to visit because he's not around my area like before, so I was very excited to be disappointed right away.
The system is down quite a bit. It is difficult to make deposits. Says you need more verification after you have already been verified and approved for months. Videos freeze w/o movement or just randomly cut off. Oh, and trying to get ahold of customer service agents... they just have you hold and transfer you back to the menu. I'm trying to go online, and it has you fill everything out but won't send. The app idea is great. But if you like to waste money, this is the one. It deserves a zero.
If I could I would give this app a negative number. I can not tell you how many times I have to sign back in and lose my emails. Video visits freeze or the audio is muffled. And if you call support it is never there issue. Pictures pending for days and videos are shortened. Again I got signed out for no reason and it is glitching so I can't sign in. To say it's frustrating is an understatement.
I have had the app for awhile now and I speak with my wife who is incarcerated at the moment.. And I have called customer service a hundred times just to get a number removed off my profile and they either make excuses to say it's going to happen in 24 to 72 hrs but they failed to do so ...and if you go to the profile page to edit your info ...it won't highlight the number to change it ..because of a mistake or a glitch in the programming I would guess...
Deleted and reinstalled. It worked once after many tries about a month ago. I paid for time I never got to use. I just keep getting a blank screen with rectangle and Getting out and logo. If I click on logo I get a page that says oops that page is missing. What a disappointment when you can't visit in person any more. Our family members need our support.
This application is horrible! Doesn't work half the time. When it does, there is a delay for several seconds. Freezes up, shuts down, another attempt to connect prompts a message that you already have a scheduled visit. But, when you try to cancel that visit, message says there is no visit scheduled. App is frustrating. Very expensive for lousy service.
