Been using the Gettysburg Battle Auto Tour app for a couple months now. It’s basically a GPS-guided audio tour that takes you through the historic Gettysburg Battlefield. Pretty cool if you’re into Civil War history or just want to learn more about this famous battle.
Here’s what you do: the app uses your location to automatically play engaging audio stories as you drive around the battlefield. There’s also a map feature that shows you all the key sites, which is super handy. And you can read more about the history at each stop – took me a while to figure that out but it’s a nice extra.
Look, if you’re planning a trip to Gettysburg, you’ll probably get a lot out of this app. It’s not perfect – the audio can be a bit dry at times – but overall it does a great job of bringing the battlefield to life. Worth checking out for sure.
