Made the switch from Square to Gloss genius and it was totally worth it especially with the $30 credit when joining. Lots more options than square offers for your customers, including holding cards instead of having to fight with square about deposits and refunds. Also like being able to send emails and texts all in one send instead of having to send separate emails to every. single. client. Way better than square, 10/10 would recommend.

This app has several flaws. One of them is not being able to take two types of payments on one transaction. Example of paying partially with cash and rest with debit card. I also don't like that someone can't schedule two of the same services at the same time like two women's haircuts. I hate that it sends a client a review reminder ever single time they come in. I shouldn't keep asking once the have left a review only can turn it on or off for everyone.

Overall I am enjoying this app. However, there are a few things that I think would make the app better though: •Not REQUIRING a phone number for clients. Some of my clients don't even have/use a cell phone. Also, some of my clients just meet with me in person and I don't know their numbers. • Having a walk in option. I get a lot of walk-ins and there's no way to check someone out unless they already have a client profile.

HATE the higher pricing for features that are essential, such as being able to connect Google to my booking system or having client forms. Also really need to be able to do back office tasks on the desktop because it takes way too long to do it from the phone, like adding services and checking transaction information. Also, my signature screen at checkout used to rotate to landscape view until they did a big update, now it doesn't and my signatures also turn into scribbles now. PLEASE FIX!!!!

I tried so hard to like this app because it had potential but the customer service skills or lack of is REALLY annoying. Last year I had 8k withheld from me all because of a verification issue in which I had a back and forth dispute about and then now this year I have been trying to get into my dashboard for over a week or two now and still can't even when I have called and text them NUMEROUS times about it. The little help that they do provide is nothing but a waste. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Can't merge same client appointments, can't see weekly retail sales, Google reviews won't be shown on website, website is basic and doesn't let you do much of anything. App is always down, and no notifications are given. For $50 a month, I'm extremely disappointed in the app and company as a whole. Going to start shopping around for a new booking app

The app was amazing when I had an iphone, but I recently switched to pixel and now it is very hard to use. Sometimes I can't take payments, and it always says I'm offline which makes it very hard to do anything including booking appointments. I really liked this app, but I'm very disappointed that it doesn't work properly on Android. Expeshaly with how much money I have spent on it.

I love this app. I've been using it for about a year now and it's so easy to use compared to other booking apps. My older clientele doesn't have any issues with it either which I love. I do wish that the deposits are always the same day, like on Friday you don't get money til Monday and in the service industry Friday and Saturday are by far the busiest days.

BEST. HAIR. APP. EVER!! There are some things I wish they did a little differently or maybe 1 feature they could add, but otherwise I seriously have no complaints. Everything is easy to use, easy to add products and services, and I love the auto emails/texts! This app does more than most and at a cheaper price. SERIOUSLY GET THIS APP!!

For the most part I really enjoy it. There are a few areas I think need tweaked such as, options for scanning in/creating gift cards in order to track them, have the ability to create specific discount codes to keep track of promotions and apply them easily at checkout. I also wish there was a way for clients to pay with more than one payment type. Other than those few things I'm perfectly content.
