Been using GLP1 Shot Tracker – Bound for a couple months now. It’s basically an app to help you track your GLP-1 medication injections like Ozempic or Wegovy. Pretty solid app if you’re managing diabetes or weight loss with these meds.
Here’s what you do: you can easily log when you take your shot, the dosage, and any side effects. There’s also a cool history feature that shows you all your past injections. And the app will even remind you when it’s time for your next shot – that’s been really helpful for me.
Look, if you’re using GLP-1 meds, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to stay on top of your medication routine.

So here's my honest take on GLP1 Shot Tracker - Bound. I've tested a bunch of health tracking apps and this one's pretty solid. The core features work well and it's super helpful for logging your GLP-1 shots. And definitely better than trying to keep track of it all in a notebook. The UI could use some polishing, but it gets the job done. Not gonna lie, it's not the most exciting app, but if you need to stay on top of your meds, this is a pretty good option.
